The location was good and the bungalow was good

The establishment is in the upper price range, yet no still water was supplied in the room, only tap water was supplied, at the price i expected still water instead of tap water, the price for dinner at 410 is really not worth if i consider the food that was offered, furthermore when i arrived at dinner 10 minutes after the start time supplied the staff were still setting tables and packing out the food, one example was no butter was visible at the soup table, on enquiry the waiter said they forgot about the butter, the vanilla at the sweets table was also not available as the staff told me that was also an oversight, the english of all staff is way below standard. I enquired at the shop whether it was duty free or included duty and how to declare at customs, none of the individuals at the front desk understood my question so I did not purchase any items.

Beautiful lodge, set in an amazing location - great landscape that you can see from the porch, nice waterhole nearby (although not very active during our stay). The dinner buffet was delicious with many options to choose from. Breakfast was great. Even though the lodge is very large and can accommodate many guests, the place is surprisingly peaceful. They offer guided tours, but we didn't use this option. It is a great place to stay in the dune area.

Beautiful lodge. Lobby, pools, rooms: everything was beautiful and well maintained. Good food at the buffet. Helpful staff. Good location, an hour drive from Seisrim gates. Nice, well marked, walking trails around the lodge. Fun night walk looking for scorpions!
