Before you read the description of this condo, I will list the reasons why you should seriously consider booking this unit. 1) The view from this unit is breathtaking views of the ocean,not to mention that you can see it without stepping out of the unit or having to go to the lanai. You can see it while you are in the remodeled kitchen or in the living room. 2) Our photos are reflective of the condos condition- Our photos of the view are not zoomed or cropped to make it appear larger or closer. 3) One of Maui's best beaches (Charley Young/ Kamaole 1 beach) is just across the street. Our unit is located in building 1 which is closest to the beach, 4) We have a local management company (Maui condo and home.) To take care of our guest needs or emergencies. 5) We have beach chairs,umbrellas, boogie board, mix and match snorkle gear and cooler for your day on the beach. We also have tennis rackets, soccer ball and golf set for you to use. 6) We respond quickly to inquiries and are very easy to deal with. 7) Bedroom has a new bedroom set, comfortable bed with 4 inch memory foam topper, new ceiling fan and mirrored closet doors. 8) Kitchen and bathroom were remodeled with new cabinets and granite counter tops and the living room has a 42 inch LCD TV. 9) Free wireless internet and free long distance to Canada and United states. 10) Overall a GREAT value for the view and amenities we offer in the condo!!!!!. Please read our great reviews! Do you ever wonder why most listings do not include the view from inside their condos? Maybe because most of them do not have any ocean view and if they do, the view is so far that they have to zoom and crop the picture for it to appear closer. Condos in Maui Vista are not the same. This newly remodeled condo has great ocean views and can be seen without having to walk out to the lanai. It is also just steps away from the beach across the street. The condo has a n A/C in the living room and ceiling fans in both living room and bedroom and has blackout drapes to prevent the condo from getting hot. The condo is located in the most popular building #1 because of its distance to the beach and it is on the 3rd floor which has magnificent ocean view!!! Walking distance to many shops and restaurant. We enjoyed our stay greatly and decided when we come back we're going to try and book this exact property. Was perfect for two ladies having a 3 day stay. We didn't cook but did use the washer and dryer using the soap provided. Used the sink to wash cups and such. The plates and bowls were abundant.

Wow- Hidden gem. It is perfect, my husband and I really settled in here for the 10 days of our trip and loved it. The bed is extremely comfortable and it is cool enough in the bedroom- we stayed in May! We slept very well! It’s not extremely modern but at this price point, how could you expect that? It is beautiful. This place is in a perfect location- the balcony is charming, the high top is wonderful, chairs are comfortable and the view-Wow! We loved getting fresh poke from foodland and enjoying the view on the balcony! You can walk to foodland! And Kihei caffe and the open air markets- it’s all a 5-10 min walk, perfect!!! Also there is everything possible to use during your stay- beach towels, awesome Tommy Bahama beach chairs that you wear like backpacks, sand buckets, boogie boards, coolers! You usually pay a rental fee for these things at a hotel! When you walk out of your room, there’s a staircase right across from it that leads right out across Maui Vista to the cross walk! Also elevators. Room’s in a perfect location! Not to mention the washer and the dryer were convenient, we didn’t have to pack as much! Everything was so clean with plenty of sheets and towels! There is also tons of closet space! When you walk in the door, the bedroom is on your right, the bathroom is in front of the door and to the left is the lanai, living room and kitchen. Check in was easy- called security after hours. Check out is expected by cleaning people to be on the dot. We love this place

We chose not to rent a car in Kehei, so we walked to Foodland and packed our stuff back to the condo . We took the stairs mostly over riding the elevator. Call us crazy but we got over and above the daily exercise we had been missing while teaching school during the past school year. We are 75 and 68 years old. Our stay in Kehei allowed us to be youthful for a couple of weeks and relish healthful living in paradise. Just what the doctor ordered!!!!

We spent five nights at this property to celebrate a birthday and an anniversary. We really enjoyed our stay. The property is within walking distance of many restaurants and across the street from the beach. Even when you needed to drive, the central location makes getting to any part of the island easy.

We celebrated our honeymoon here and it was pretty good! The property could really use a deep clean, and a bug bomb. We ran into a few bug issues but nothing horrible. There is no AC in the bedroom, but the fan works pretty well. And the window AC unit does a good job of cooling down the condo.
The positive:
The view is absolutely unbeatable. It is so beautiful. The location is also perfect. It's in walking distance to a few beaches and quite a few restaurants and shopping. It was also fully equipped with what we needed to have a great time on the beach. Coolers, body boards, chairs an umbrella, and even snorkel gear.
This was perfect for our humble honeymoon, I'd recommend it!
