Highly recommended

The owner lady is very friendly. Nothing seems to be a problem. Room was very spacious and the bed extremely soft and cosy. On the arrival you can choose if you want a breakfast or not (extra cost). Parking on the back of the building. Very happy in general and will be booking again in the future!

Fantastic!!!

It was beautifully decorated, and so comfy, nothing was too much trouble for the lovely Julie who runs it!!! I honestly cannot express how lovely our stay there was!!!

The only down side for me was that the B and B was at the top of a hill, and I walk with a stick so I wasn,t getting back there unless we got a taxi!! Which I must say was only a fiver so not expensive!!! Apart from that , 10/10!!!

Every aspect of our stay, from the impeccably designed rooms to the delicious continental breakfast and convenient location, contributed to a truly exceptional experience. The first thing that caught my attention upon entering Queen Bee & B was the cleanliness and attention to detail in the room design. The room I stayed in was immaculate, with tasteful and thoughtful decor that created a cozy and inviting ambiance. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the carefully chosen furnishings to the high-quality linens and amenities provided. It was evident that the owners took great pride in maintaining a clean and beautifully designed space for their guests. Every morning, we were treated to a fresh and delicious continental breakfast that left us energized and ready to start a new day Furthermore, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From offering helpful recommendations for places to visit in the area to providing personalized service, their warmth and hospitality made me feel right at home. It was evident that they genuinely cared about their guests' experience and were passionate about creating memorable stays.

the property was clean, well decorated, and had secure parking. The host Julie was lovely and welcoming and made a lovely breakfast for us in the morning as well as recommendations for dinner.

Just staying there one night meant not getting the best out of the town. The accommodation did meet

The breakfast i had was nice. The room and bathroom facilities were good

The place didn't offer a cooked breakfast on the menu which I am sure many will be happy with but people who walk on the hills would have appreciated one. It also took time to sort out parking even though the parking facilities were reasonable

A beautifully decorated house and stylish rooms. Very spacious and extremely clean. Very friendly hosts. Simple but good continental breakfast available, perfect for a b&b.

Beautiful Room Lovely Host Great Company to be staying with!

When we are arrived a big happy smile from Julie saying Welcome. Told us to park our car on her back drive. Lovely easy person to talk to and was interested in our journey, showed the living room and then our room which was a “Wow” beautifully decorated and love the theme of Queen Bee with little items that reflected the Bee theme. Informed us of breakfast gave us a key explaining how to lock the door and Julie stated anything we need to knock so very hospitable.

The only criticism I would say that it would have been nice to have a full English breakfast. This is something Julie doesn’t do now. Only Continental or the Queen bee special which my partner doesn’t like poached eggs. We needed a biggish breakfast as we had a full day ahead and wouldn’t be eating until later in afternoon.

A little gem.

Beautifully presented. Owners very welcoming. Spacious, clean and homely. It felt like a lot of care had been taken.

A good quality bed that didn't quite suit me, but my wife had no problems.

The room we stayed was gorgeous and everything extremely clean! the owners are very friendly, helped us book a taxi and with directions to the waterfalls. I definitely recommend to anyone this place, it’s an absolute dream!

You’ll not find anywhere better in the area, it’s gorgeous.

This is an absolutely gorgeous place to stay. The room was beautifully decorated, luxurious and delightful. Everything from the decor, plentiful plug sockets and wonderfully bright lighting was perfect. The bathroom facilities and shower were excellent and (with proper useful sized towels) the “dressing room” area was perfect with full length and brightly lit mirrors. Julie, the hostess/owner was completely lovely. Warm, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It’s just a shame we were only staying for one night! Thoroughly recommended.

Exceptional

This b&b is like a showhouse. Exceptional decor, well kept. Very comfortable bed in our room. Good, secure, parking. Lovely hosts.

The only reason this b&b can't be rated as perfect is the lack of a decent breakfast offering.

Friendly and spacious abode in beautiful Wales

The room itself was beautiful! Very spacious and lovely furnishings. Beds were comfy. Bathroom is a bit small but still fine to use. All very clean and kept in tip top shape. Complimentary tea/coffee/milk included. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming and really made us feel at home! We loved the location as well - 10 min drive to a large tesco and only 15 min drive to the Brecon Beacons.

A small bar fridge would've been really handy in the room. We were also a bit disappointed that breakfast wasn't included with this Bed and Breakfast - £5 extra for continental or £10 for a cooked breakfast.
