Amazing stay!

Great location with comfortable rooms.

The hotel is in prime location for exploring the city. The rooms are comfortable with a comfy robe to relax in and real mugs to sip your coffee from. The front desk staff were amazing and assisted in locating a restaurant for dinner as unfortunately the hotel restaurant was closed. There's also a lovely courtyard just outside the hotel to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunshine. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Sadly disappointed, could be so much better.

Historical aspect, secure parking close by. Lovely staff.

Suite very tired, not up to par for the price, needs an update. Lighting not fit for purpose, sitting area very gloomy and furniture has seen better days. Housekeeping not as good as it should have been, stained carpet and missing basic facilities, especially in the bathroom, face cloths, slippers, shelf for personal toiletries etc. Beds super comfortable but bed linen annoying, too small fitted sheet which is unusual for a hotel. Breakfast very basic, and apart from boiled eggs no hot food, plus having to ask every time for another coffee is ridiculous, especially for the price.

Pleasant

The staff were friendly and helpful, it was in a good location for walking into town and getting to from the train station, the bed was comfortable

The toilet door was a sliding door so left a gap you could look through, wouldn't have been too much of a problem if the toilet was in the bathroom but it was in the dressing area. The bathroom itself was ok but not well lit, the shower cubicle itself had no light. The room itself was a bit run down and felt very cramped.

Excellent hotel in a wonderful location

The room was wonderful as was the food at the hotel, and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. Bayonne was a real find and the hotel was positioned perfectly for access to the main shopping districts within the city. I would certainly like to visit again.

Excellent location within easy walking distance of all the shops and restaurants and very good and cheap parking nearby.

Would have liked the option of a plat du jour for the evening meal, though the food was very good.

History, comfort, customer service were all top notch1

Bonjour and Au Revoir to one of the most pleasant stay of my life. Sometimes a place away from home can make you feel like what you have in the real world is actually lacking. I think that might really be the job of all tourist destinations. Escape, not reminders should be the goal of the hotel keeper. Simple enough, so is kindness. I absolutely LOVE this hotel and all of it’s staff. ~Micheal

A young man should be ashamed at his stereotypical rudeness pointed towards me, somebody he’s never even met. Intentions were high that this could be the base point for a very in-depth prospective on the Bosque people but Ben really screwed that up

A place to be back .

Room was incredible. Great location. Great service. Great car park nearby to keep the car safe in the evening. Nice food in the hotel restaurant as well.

Highly recommend this hotel!

The breakfast was great as was central location. We began our Rick Steves tour here and are happy with the service, friendly staff and great restaurant .

Some of the rooms overlook the courtyard and late night diners.

location, staff, access large bathroom locate very near of shops and bars.

room was far less attractive than shown on booking.com, bar restaurant just below the window and loud music until late.
