Из плюсов - шикарный отель, настоящая полноценная пятерка. Есть все, что пожелает душа: бассейн, фитнес, кофейня, рестораны и т.д., номера просторные с отличными видами, уборка прекрасная, завтраки отменные. Придраться особо не к чему
Из минусов - очень медленный персонал. Шесть человек ресепшн заселял целый час. Сначала списали все на лень, потом стало ясно, что 3300 метров над уровнем моря сказываются на поведении людей - не хватает кислорода, его просто экономят.

Great customer service. Our stay was comfortable.
The dinner menu wasn’t as authentic we’d like. We opted out of dinner buffet.

Breakfast room staff was very attentive and helpful, and at least 2 associates with really good English skills.
English skill level of receptionists (of a 5 star hotel) at Zero, except for one lady who spoke good English. Without her nothing would have worked. We also received wrong information on club lounge services, and were first wrongly charged for F&B. Only after complaint to the lady who spoke English and after presenting our booking documents indicating our entitlement to club lounge services, the invoice was immediately invalidated.
