The room and the bathroom were large and clean. The staff was kind and helpful. The location was good
The staff were disappointing; they didn't speak a single word of English, not even the basics, and a hotel of that category and price should. At breakfast, the food was good but there wasn't a single Western dish.

Generally as expected of a chain hotel. Location is easy for main attractions- but a taxi is needed.
Rooms are clean, beds comfortable.
There is no bar- but there is a pantry with some drinks, snacks and essentials- although limited stock. One or two staff speak English.
AC in room was just too hot (26/27)- struggled to cool down the room at any point. Rooms had residual smell of cigarette smoke.
Breakfast- like most in China, had mainly noodles and eggs. Staff were limited, so tables were empty but not cleared of plates/bowls/rubbish.

Good location, good breakfast, comfy bed. Fate from the reception spoke realy good english and was excelent in communication and Service.
Room needs makeover soon for this price. Kind of dirty carpet, bathroom door broken, some Power outlets not working.
