Room was great and very comphy, locatoin excellent,
Maybe refilling the tea bags and biscuits would be a nice touch, being there for a few days they ran out.

I have stayed here on numerous occasions in 3 different rooms, I love the layout and comfort of the rooms, in Winter, Spring Summer and Autumn, the room temperature is always lovely, I love the shower, the water is hot and strong. I love the close proximity to everything I could ever need. My sleep has never been disturbed. On my last visit, I was even 30 minutes early, but that was absolutely no problem, the very lovely staff Lady was very happy to let me check in that bit earlier. I will always stay here when ever I visit Warwick on my way to Glen Innes. I have found the best no need to look at the rest.

Clean comfortable bed .. great location
Massive leak from shower onto carpet .. had to use our towels to soak up water .. shower rose was broken and was terrible… charged same price as the newly renovated rooms
