Proximity to Imperial & complimentary breakfast
Sheets had yellow stain patches & tradesmen entered my room without me being asked or notified. I sat in the stairs for 25 min till they were finished . Unprofessional

Excellent location, comfortable beds, good breakfast, quiet area, clean facilities
My room setup was a little odd, with the private bathroom down the hall, but I think it’s the only room like that and really wasn’t a major burden - the bathroom itself was actually very nice and modern. Room also a bit warm with small window, but two fans provided did help.

Breakfast basic but fine. The hotel generally was very nice and good value for money.
Room was a little tired. Suspect wall sockets not properly secured to walls.

Well located for South Kensington, museums and the Royal Albert Hall. The room is ok and the beds comfortable. The breakfast is adequate.
The en suite door squeaked loudly. The plug in the sink did not work. The tv did not work initially but was fixed. This hotel needs attention to detail.
