Pleasant communication with staff. Clean room, air conditioning, WiFi. Close to the building is a tram that can take you to the center in a short time.
Just a tip: Apartment is on the 3rd floor. When you check out, before leaving the keys at the front desk, make sure the front door of the building is not locked with a key. Fortunately, we checked before leaving the keys and were able to unlock the door.
Shared bathroom (between two rooms) was a little outdated, shower had trouble opening. The window in the bathroom opens to a balcony/corridor, so it was inconvenient to keep it open while being in the bathroom, as anyone walking past could see you. But there is also no other was to air out the room.

The location is very basic but i highly recommend it because it is accessible to public transport
and the staff is very accomodating, kind and helpful.
They could improve the kitchen.

I enjoyed the room and the friendly and helpful staff.
My pillow was very hard. The AC didn't get the room very cold, especially for a room sleeping four. You also have to share a bathroom with another room, but it was a spacious bathroom.

location and price were good!
shower wasn't working well but in the meantime I didn't had time to "complain" about it because I was staying just for 1 night
