Room was clean and a decent size with private bathroom. Lady running it was extremely helpful along with staff who arranged for our luggage to be stored. Tea and coffee free but not in the room. Would stay sgsin if visiting Wimbledon.
Furniture very dated and tired and TV kept going off Lights above bed both need attention.

It was a cosy guest house. The bed was comfy. And the outlets were near the headboard.
It's WAY out of the way. And it was very confusing to check out. There was no desk and no instructions left.

We stayed for Wimbledon tennis. We only needed a bed for the night which it delivered. Sheets and toilet facilities were clean.
No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Furniture very basic and in need of upgrade. Matress not very comfy.
