About this house rental
Hilltop 365 is a stunning, very private, luxury property with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, making it the perfect retreat for 5 couples or groups. This 3000 sq foot home sits on the top of 2 oak studded acres overlooking the surrounding hills and downtown Paso. The panoramic views are heavenly day and evening and can be enjoyed from 3 different decks. Located on the west side, it is only blocks, and within a convenient walking distance, of the downtown wineries, restaurants and shops. This contemporary home is professionally designed and very spacious with high ceilings. There are 3 large king bedrooms, all with their own en-suite bathrooms, and 2 queen bedrooms, most of which have private entrances and private view decks. One bedroom is even a studio set up, with a secondary kitchen. Come stay in the heart of the wine region and enjoy the beauty of this home and the surrounding area. An EV car charger is also available on the property.

Property itself was nice but this might be the first VRBO we have stayed at which did not have any complementary coffee. If the host does not think it’s important to provide coffee, they should let guests know that in advance so we could bring our own.

The property had gorgeous views from every room and angle. We enjoyed the outdoor space and there was plenty of room for our 4 couples. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and to feel at home.

What a fantastic stay, everything about this place was perfect. We had three couples celebrating milestone birthdays. We ate, we drank wine and relaxed in this home. So much room, open concept, great water pressure showers, super comfortable beds, walking distance to downtown. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Like Dr. Who’s Call Box, this home is so much bigger on the inside. The multiple decks offer great views. The Aviator Room is amazing! Must see to believe.

We rented this house to celebrate my birthday with friends, and it did not disappoint. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us, and the house was well stocked. Having the majority of the bedrooms downstairs was really nice, because it allowed us to take naps after a long day of wine tasting... LOL. I would defiantly rent this property again.

Our son surprised his girlfriend proposing to her at our favorite winery. Both her and our family stayed here and it worked out perfectly. We would absolutely stay here again. I had to contact the owner once and they were very responsive and fixed our issue immediately. I couldn't find a light switch because it was behind the master bathroom barn door (silly me...)

This house is perfectly located in the heart of Paso Robles with spectacular views. All of the rooms were beautifully decorated but the most spectacular room is the downstairs master that has an aviation theme. The kitchen is very well appointed and we were able to cook a beautiful meal paired with great Paso wine. We almost didn’t want to leave to go winetasting but decided we had to . We will be back for sure. Is

This house is more than what is listed. From the minute it comes into view, my breathe was taken away. It sits atop a hill with a view that words cannot do justice. It was perfect for our quick trip to wine country. It’s super close to downtown ($8 Uber ride that you can catch within 2 minutes) and five star restaurants. The hosts were quick to help us when needed (really only one time) but we’re willing to help in any way needed. The house itself was so inviting and felt like home.

We have been getting together with friends over Thanksgiving week for several years. We all agreed that this house was one of the best we'd enjoyed.
Walking distance to downtown, we loved having three master suites plus two bedrooms, a big open floor plan for dining and hanging out, a deck with gorgeous views. Plenty of parking, including the garage. An EV charger.
We all like to cook and the kitchen was well stocked with tools and appliances, glassware, etc. We brought all of our own fixings (you supply your own spices, oils, sugars, etc.) and had an amazing Thanksgiving meal.
The hosts were friendly and responsive to our questions.
We'd definitely stay again.

The house was amazing. Killer views and a epic overall experience and vibe. The property owners were more than accommodating to my large group of 10 adults and I am more than appreciative of interacting with them. The trip was success for my wife’s birthday and we look forward to visiting Paso Robles soon!

It’s not often you can find a large enough house for a larger group of adults! This house is beyond amazing! Check in was a breeze, house was very clean, large size rooms, lots of bathrooms, amazing view! I don’t have one bad thing to say! It’s not often you can find a large enough house for a larger group of adults! This house is beyond amazing! Check in was a breeze, house was very clean, large size rooms, lots of bathrooms, amazing view! I don’t have one bad thing to say!
