Very spacious and clean.
Free water dispenser with bottle.
Free one way transport everyday.
Massive spa bath.
Well designed into 3 sections.
Short walk to main road / shops
Good front gate security to actual villa.
Breakfasts was humongous and delicious and you can pick what time you want it (they bring to the villa).
Outdoor sitting area was big and good.
Front security gate to the street.
Sliding doors didn’t line up / had gaps and some locks didn’t work.

Spacious villa with a large comfortable four poster bed, jacuzzi that would fit 4 people, good shower, outdoor kitchen and dining area and comfortable lounge. All in secure grounds with a private pool. Note: there are trees around so you do get some leaves in the pool but the team clean it when cleaning your villa, and there are nets you can use. Let's face it, a few leaves should not put you off.
Breakfast was included.You choose the day before and it is then delivered to your villa at the time you select. I loved the smoothie bowl and fruit platter - have never felt so healthy even though the team working there commented that we didn't order much and should have had more!
Everyone we met was friendly, smiled a lot and was only too willing to help, not that we needed anything.
Location was good, between Legian and Seminyak and the villa offers one free Grab trip per day in the local area and even gave us a free Grab to the airport.
Great value for money and lovely place. Recommended, and if we are ever back in Bali we will stay here again.

Excellent value for money, clean and functional space to relax. Lovely staff that will help you with anything you need. Breakfast was great and Coffee was amazing. Grab was called by staff and free from the villa to get to nearby garlic lane. But we also walked to Garlic lane which didn’t take long. Circle K practically next door to get any basic groceries. Would stay again
No door on the shower area, just a wall blocking the whole villa to the shower

The villa is great size - as described.
The staff were always very kind and friendly and also very accommodating.
The breakfast was absolutely HUGE and amazing!!
They provided coils and bug spray to combat the mosquitoes as this villa runs right next to a creek, so mosquitoes are an issue.
Good location - probably a 15-minute walk to the main shopping and dining area. Or a short 4 minute ride
They offer free return airport taxi.
They offered us a 4 day refund on a 7 day non-refundable booking due to not being able to sleep past 6 am daily from the roosters in the neighbouring properties the first 3 days. They also offered to move us to another villa that they believed would be quieter from the rooster noise but honestly, it was soo loud that 20 meters would not have made a difference to the noise as one rooster set of another on either side of the villa. We very much appreciate their attempt to manage the noise complaint, and we thank them gratefully for their efforts and especially for the refund, which enabled us to pay for the alternative accommodation without double paying.
We did leave 4 days early from a 7-day booking due to the excessive noise of roosters waking us at 6am. daily. The management did attempt to resolve this with the neighbour, which we very much appreciated. However, the noise did not subside, so we chose to relocate to a large resort where the neighbours rooster could not be heard. This is a real issue in Bali - roosters in tourist areas going off repeatedly throughout the day, disrupting peace.
There were some amenities faulty at the villa upon arrival - several power points not working. Big showerhead wasn't working, hair-dryer started smoking and almost caught fire when I went to use it. The power surged off a few times, and the pool had to be turned off due to it overheating.
The pool carried a fair bit of debris from the bamboos nearby also and the pool step is very high so if you're elderly or injured you may have issues exiting the poo.
