The staff was friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax. Breakfast was nice, with a enough variety of fresh options to choose from. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again.
For the price charged, the beds could use an upgrade. The mattresses were noticeably sunken and did not provide the level of comfort I would expect. Room cleaning was also somewhat limited, as it seemed to consist mainly of changing towels, while the bed linens were not replaced during our stay.
In addition, the sound insulation between rooms was not very good, and it was easy to hear noise from neighboring guests. Fortunately, we had booked two adjacent rooms, which helped reduce this issue for part of our group.

Dionysos Hotel and Studios in Hanioti is a very nice place for a relaxing holiday. The location is convenient, just a short walk from the beach and the center of Hanioti with its shops, restaurants, and cafes. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
We notice some cons on the cleanness but not something that will disturb your stay. We informed the hotel and they manage to fix the issue asap.

We loved the setting, the room size and furnishing, the terrace, the breakfast.
It was a bit noisy, however this is on account of the guests and not of hotel management.

rooftop pool but hard to get a bed and no towels provided.
the staff, rooms were tiny for two people could move round the room. cleaning was not daily and towels were not offered daily. breakfast was really poor which is disappointing when the food in Crete is just amazing!
