Disappointing. Pics are misleading, very oldschool place.

Comfy bed and pillows, strong WiFi.

Generally the room was far more oldschool than on the colourised pictures. Window facing garage 🤦‍♂️ almost no daylight in the room and a lot of noise from the garage and corridor, we have been woken up each time when someone entered the hotel. No ventilation, no heating (evenings are cold). Disappointing breakfast. No WiFi in the restaurant. No shelfs in the bathroom. No hot water in the evening.

Mal hote, con mal servicio al cliente y peligrosa ubicación. La noche debería ser económica

El Desayuno estaba bien

- El televisor no servía - Cobraron por el parqueadero cuando decía que era gratuitp - Tenía sevicio de cocina hasta las 9pm. Nos comunicamos con la cocina para hacer pedido a las 8:30 y dijeron que ya no iban a atender, que ya estaban limpiando cocina. nos dijeron que nos comunicaramos con recepción para peedir otra carta 24horas. Al llamar a recepción la persona nos remite nuevamente a cocina diciendo que es hasta las nueve y que hay platos 24h, pero al escuchar mi verisón la persona va por su cuenta a hablar en cocina. Al rato me devuvle la llamada y de la peor forma me dice que ya no me atenderán y que si quiero comida pida por Rappi. (Valga decir que en el cuarto hay una carta que dice explicitamente servicio 24H) - La luz del pasillo nunca se apaga, es molesta al descansar.

Really well located and great value for money. The buffet breakfast was really nice and substantial and all the staff welcoming. Clean rooms and hot water.

Every 15 minutes or so some machinery somewhere close to our room (the 5th floor), would kick in and be quite loud. It would then stop but it became quite annoying. Didn't wake us so I don't know if it stopped over night.

price and satisfaction ratio is good, close to center

Location is really close to center we walked everywhere. The staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast is moderate but satisfying. We like it.

There arent kettle and hair conditioner in the rooms. we stayes one night,it was good but after two days it will be annoying because rooms are old.

Breakfast staff very polite and the brioche croissant at breakfast is yummy also the sliced fruit

Room was not as up to date as the images, it was quite dated. No safe in the room. The door lock is very weak and doesn't make you feel very secure in the room. The street that the hotel is on does not feel safe either.

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable quiet rooms.

We had to leave early for a flight before breakfast started. The staff graciously let my family and I have some quick croissants and coffee's 45 mins before they started serving.

WiFi had a tendency to drop out every now and then.

Front officer Daniel is helpful and efficient; Helped me get a fair price taxi to the airport something Bogota is not famous for. Washroom basin faucet has running hot-water.

Room was big. Breakfast was really good. Staff friendly.

The area in where the hotel is located is not nice, many people living in the sidewalks, dirty, and unsafe. However, depends on what you are going to to in Bogotá and your transportation, those external factor may influence your decision to stay there.

Alright for a night

Room is big enough for 1 or 2 people. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Lady at the reception at check inn was really nice and helpful.

Many hairs on the bed, the pillow cover, doesn’t cover the hole pillow. You can see the slatted frame and there was a lot of dirt. Loud noise many times during the night. The lady at check out was pretty grumpy
