Sauberes schönes Hotel sehr preisgünstig

Schönes Hotel mit Pool. Viele Restaurants und Strandbar zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit Taxi in die City kein Problem

Nice room facilities in need of an upgrade

The suite was nice as a family as my son had his own room and we had a living room separate from the bedrooms which meant we had a space once the children were in bed.

Swim up bar isn’t active anymore. It has inflatables for rent in it. Jacuzzi is also out of action.

Superb

The staff of the hotel is amazing and very helpful. The hotel is very organised and was arranging tests and shopping for people, due to outbreak in Sanya. They also allowed me to change the reservation twice and stay in the same room, which was very nice of them.

Breakfast is good but not much western options. Although if you like sweet stuff for breakfast, bakery is great.

Superb

Unfortunately due to a CoVid outbreak I had to leave after spending one night. Room was spacious, comfortable. All staff were helpful and friendly. Lovely bath on balcony.

Very family friendly

great size room with a lonely view of the sea. the pool area is good for both adults and kids. breakfast was decent with lots of western and Asian options. supermarket, gym, Starbucks and Burger King all down stairs from the hotel. great value for money. the kids club was fantastic!

the on-site western restaurant was very slow service - waiting around an hour for pizza, pasta and a burger.

Almost every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations.

High quality of service, attention to detail. The staff is amazing and helpful.

The swimming pool was closed for 6/7 days of our stay.

Wonderful hotel stay suitable for all !

The staff and the facilities were exceptional ! From the Baoan to the cleaners we felt so welcomed and taken care of! This trip was special for several reasons it was a birthday, anniversary and our first trip as parents and the staff really made our stay a great one. athe kindness the showed us and our baby girl was truly lovely. The breakfast, Buffet dinner, happy hour , birthday cake and children’s club were fantastic. They even gave us a pushchair to use for the week! I didn’t even know hotels had such a service! There was something for everyone!

They were doing pool maintenance for most of our stay. For the size of the hotel being limited to the small pool was unattractive.

great option for families needing some extra space.

the room was great and spacious. the mall was very convenient for food and necessary supplies.

the pool broke and was out of order for four days in our stay which was very annoying. the breakfast was ok but very little variety for the length of 9 days for our stay.

Comfortable spot close to the sea and close to the airport

Clean room with nice view of the sea, friendly staff, excellent pools give space for exercise and fun without disrupting one another, close to airport and beach, plentiful breakfast including fresh fruit and vegetables, reliable WiFi, easy access to cycle and walk along the coastal road and on the beach

Limited hours at gym, long elevator wait times, breakfast offered only Chinese options, daytime construction noises from room next door

A great place for a solid breakfast and swim.

The pool is huge and I love that. There's enough space to swim around even if it's crowded and they have a seperate kids pool to keep the little ones entertained (the even have a foam machine that goes once a day). My favorite part were the cabanas around the pool that were basically like beds that you could lay on all day. The rooms were solid and kept clean. The shower/bathroom is completely private with no mirrors or curtains. The breakfast buffet is 100 percent western and Chinese except they don't have an egg station to order scrambled or omelets. It also has outdoor seating.

Every time I needed to talk to the front desk they would answer my problem but then raise a whole other problem that I didn't have time to answer. It was so annoying that they couldn't contact the room or answer by wechat. The restaurant was so SLOW, over 25 minutes to get an appetizer but they did compensate. Room service was also inconsistant. I don't speak Chinese and wanted to order the pizza and at first they said ok. 10 minutes later there was a knock on my door and someone who spoke English asked me what I wanted to order wasn't available. I just said forget it. 10 minutes later after I went to the Burger King in the mall below the hotel, they called back and said they DID have a pizza. Not good communication. A couple days later, when ordering room service we ordered a Ceaser Salad for a second time and there was only 2 slices of Chicken on it. We complained and sent it back and they got us a new one.

Hotel close to the airport, breakfast is great and from all is enough from Chinese till western food, all delicious.

activities far out from range, always need DiDi or taxi, better to rent a car.

Chilled vibes

It is a very chilled and relaxing hotel close to the beach. They decorated the room and gave a cake for my friends birthday. Staff are very friendly and try their best to help. Breakfast was good with a variety of options.

it’s was very clean and relaxed! the balcony with sea view is certainly worth it! you can see the sun set 😍, the staff is amazing and they surprised me on my birthday with cake and decorated the room! the cleaning ladies where amazing and really helpful!

Lovely stay

The breakfast buffet was lovely with many Western options as well as Chinese. The staff were super friendly and helpful and some of them could communicate in English. The hotel is very close to the beach and it's very easy to get there. There were also some free drinks in the mini bar. There is a nice big supermarket downstairs with a wide variety of snacks and drinks. There are also some restaurants.

The Western Restaurant and one of the swimming pools are closed at the moment. The coffee at breakfast was cold.

A little dated

It was clean and well furnished. The staff were helpful and very friendly.

The rooms are a little dated, and there is a slight mouldy smell. This is probably because of the proximity to the ocean. The breakfast was chaos with a ton of people and not enough staff or seats. We ended up just grabbing some fruits and heading back out to find breakfast somewhere else.

I had to request to change room with an actual view, the second room was fantastic.

Nice hotel for good value

The area wasn’t one of the nicest in Sanya but the hotel is nice, pool is good, staff were helpful, decent enough breakfast, and good value. Good for families who want a relaxing poolside holiday without paying over the odds.

Area wasn’t the nicest. Sanya Bay is one of the less attractive beaches and also there was some construction in the surroundings.

Very good

Great pool, comfortable room and bed with awesome view from the balcony, good service, and nice movie theatre in the plaza underneath with reclining leather chairs! Good buffet BBQ/hotpot at the Western restaurant. 10 minute drive to the airport.

I had the food at the Western restaurant delivered to the pool, and my ham and cheese sandwich was made with fake Chinese style ham. This could be improved given it's a "Western" restaurant. They could also have a more functioning pool bar - if you ask the lifeguards they get someone to bring you a drink from inside the hotel, but no one mans the bar permanently.

Best hotel in terms of room and services that I've stayed in, with great service.

Room was excellent and the staff were very friendly and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The pool, restaurants, gym, library, cinema and shops were all good and made the site very accommodating.

The WiFi was terrible in my room, neither of my phones could maintain a constant connection. The staff provided an ethernet cable so that I could use my laptop, and did try to help us with the WiFi issues with our phones. The WiFi seemed to be better in the lower floors of the hotel.

Superb

The hotel staff were so polite and friendly and went out of their way to look after us and help us especially Erica the Food and Beverage Manager and Erin. They brought a surprise birthday cake to my room on my birthday and gave us a complimentary breakfast.

Western options of food Quicker food and drink service Room lighting could be better.
