Vanesa está muy pendiente de que estés bien y se agradece. Está a 10 min andando de Plaza de Armas y zona de restaurantes y tiene tiendas de comida justo al lado. La terminal Bus Sur para coger el bus a Puerto Natales está a 15 min andando, así que tiene una ubicación muy cómoda.

The host is a lovely warm woman, who's ready to assist you at every single step. We were able to check-in at 9 in the morning instead of the usual 14:00, we were even able to leave our bags at the hostel for one complete day even after the check-out. The owner provided with free drinking water, a comfortable bed warmer to keep us warm in the winter, and the room size was sufficiently big.
This was by far the best stay we had during our entire trip in Chile. It was also really close to the beach, the viewing points (Mirador) and also to the downtown, the bus terminal, all the good restaurants and the city square, Plaza de Armas, are all within 10 minutes walk. And it's highly safe, I and wife highly recommend this lovely hostel. We had a private room with a private bathroom, 0 issues.

Super recomendable, queda muy cerca de todo, es seguro y el desayuno genial. La mejor opción de alojamiento sobre todo si vas sola.
Me gustó todo, solo a modo sugerencia sería bueno quizas considerar un espacio para poder prepararse un tecito por las tardes. Pero la atencion y hospitalidad, excelente nada que no me haya gustado.

the staff are very friendly and the bedding was very clean. A quick walk into town and safe location.
I don’t understand the amazing reviews on this property. I have to be honest we wouldnt stay again. The hotel gets literally no light, it is so old fashioned and we couldn’t wait to leave! it needs some serious updating.
