Price. Location. Clean. Room size as advertised (small!). Free tea and coffee though not in room and not the best I have had. Shower very good, easy to control and get a good temperature - hot but not too hot. Liked the green palm wallpaper on 1 wall in second room. Made it brighter.
Didn't like mainly-black decor in first room, depressing. No fridge to leave food in even at reception - surely they could put a fridge there or one on each floor for visitor use? Too hot in room so my food spoiled. No aircon, no window and only a small fan that did not stop it becoming far too hot in room. Several degrees warmer than corridor. Tower fan in first small room was better however than fan in second larger room - that was weak and tiny - useless. I tried propping door open to cool room a bit but not much effect. I was sweating in both rooms though and I live in Australia with no aircon so am used to heat but this was too much.

Hotel is located next to public transport & shops. Easy check in. Clean. Reasonable price.
Other Guests could be heard easily. Room was a shoe box.

The room was quite relaxing, very clean and comfortable with A/C on that made our stay during August even more pleasant. We were a couple traveling to London and this was the first time staying in a hotel since we used to live there and it was absolutely great. Amazing value for money comparing what other options you can find while the location was really close to everything and with an exception connection to Heathrow airport. I highly recommend it for people who wish a pleasant, not extremely fancy stay in London.
The only things that could be improved are the pillows and the amenities. You could provide free amenities like cotton pads or something similar while the pillows weren't that comfortable to be honest.

simple room, straight forward and great to have 24hr check in.
room was hot and stuffy, aircon didn't work and the windows only opened a fraction.
Quiet room not avatialble as next to a railway track, but not much to be done about that. Show was horrible.
Shower head blocked with limescale, which meant only a few working outlets for water.
