Room was fine for 3 friends staying for one night only. 3 separate beds and clean
Shower was difficult to control (temperature). Location was a bit further out from Liverpool Street than I thought, but that was my fault!

Close to train station staff where very friendly cheap food places nearby
No lift for elderly people for my 86 year old grandad struggled to get to his room at times.
Light for the balcony didn't work and it looked different from thr pictures as they had lights but it didn't when I was there still good though

The staff were lovely and friendly and the bathrooms and room was lovely
The room as a little small and so was the bed. It was not big enough for two people to sleep comfortably. the pillows were really tough and the shower was squirting out water at the top along the pipe which meant when it was turned on, it would soak the wall before getting in
