Have stayed before so knew what to expect. Check in was easy and the size of the room is brilliant. Also in a great location and as a solo female traveller it felt very safe. Great to have access to a kitchen, fridge and freezer.
The windows had vertical blinds that had more than half of their pieces missing. This resulted in lack of privacy and also meant I would wake up everyday as soon as the sun came up. The provided fan could have also been stronger considering the London heatwave.

The stuff is very friendly and helpful, and the location is great and not far from the Mile End tube station, so it is very easy to access the center of London, and it was about 20 minutes far from London City Airport. It is a very good place for students.
At night, there was a loud noise sounds to be something like a motor, so I wasn't able to sleep well.
