Good

the location is very convenient, spacious apartment, clean and peaceful.

The pool was not available most of the time because it was either dirty or there was a cleaning machine inside. The hosts were absolutely absent, they didn't answer the phone when we needed something

Quaint pastoral villa within 10 minutes of Assisi.

Set in the rolling hills a mere 3 miles from Assisi, the Residenza is quiet and peaceful and a great getaway from the city. The pool looked lovely, although we did not get a chance to use it. Hills are great challenges for runners, scented by olive groves. And you can see Assisi in the distance.
