La struttura è immersa nel verde, tranquilla, paesaggio incantevole. A pochi km dai principali centri turistici di Assisi e dintorni. Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile. La colazione genuina.
Nel complesso non ci è dispiaciuto nulla.
Unica piccola pecca, se così si può dire, è l'assenza di una TV nella camera da letto principale dell'appartamento (c'è solo nel soggiorno), dove tra l'altro erano predisposti al muro gli attacchi per la presa e l'antenna...

De locatie ligt op slechts 15 minuten rijden van Assisi. Ruime, goed verzorgde tuin, zwembad etc.
Het ligt midden tussen de wijngaarden en het is hier heel stil. de kamers zijn groot en de dagelijkse handdoekwissel was ook erg fijn. Het ontbijt bestond uit weinig brood maar wel heel veel verschillende taarten.
De airco werkte niet echt geweldig. gelukkig waren alle ramen voorzien van horren.

We selected this place, because it was in good reach from Assisi and the airport. Also we could arrange from here other visits of the surrounding cities. The staff was really kind and the outside of the place gorgeous, with pleanty of free parking places secured by the properties big fences.
The room looked on the first sight cosy, but after a few steps a lot of hair and other dirt stuck to our socks. The toilet stinked a lot and after a look inside, I saw, that it wasnt cleaned under the boarders. It was very gross. They celaned it only in the visible parts.
But the biggest problem was, thet the room had paper walls. Every little noise was heard for the other rooms aside and also above. Not to mention the restaurant on the other side of the hall.
The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was pitching sideways and you had the feeling of falling down. Not to mention, when one moved, the other bounced too.
The most annoying experience was, when at night a UPS started to beep at the reception, which is situated only 6m away (paper walls). It kept going from 3 to 5 AM making sleep impossible. Which is after a long day of travel very unpleasing and makes one angry, as the purpose of the stay was to rest and get energy for the nex day. Nobody was there to help.
