the convenience not too far away from the racetrack and absolute quietness
As we are starting to head into a drought the lawns would have been awesome looking if it was all green but that was not to be

Clean and comfortable, great price for a self contained cabin. Kitchen was well supplied with crockery, stovetop, toaster etc. Hot water was fast to sink and shower. Bed was comfortable, doubled up the mattresses on the bunk bed to make it more comfortable for an adult to sleep on.
Lighting outside the cabin could've been better for arrivals back when it's dark!

Location and price.
The Budget Single Room shows a TV in the display pictures in Booking.com. However, there was none. Otherwise, the room as OK.
