Very friendly night staff lady. Fellow hostel folk are very respectful and polite when using facilities. Cleaner has done a great job on female bathroom and room which is usually rare for a backpacker hostel. I would repeat my stay. Hendon station is so close too. But if your planning to come back from Wembley you will have to walk as bus 83 does not come or train in time for check in at 00.30. the walk is an hour 20 mins through a green which is dark but it's fairly safe and direct via Google.
Check in guy needs to actually be there to check out not having a fag. It's a two hour window, as a smoker myself I get it but you're on shift to work people have strict travel times sometimes. Private room but could still hear noise outside from road due to direction facing and window. So sleep didn't happen. Wouldn't expect that for the price.

You can't ask more from a hostel, the beds were great, it wasn't that hot, the staff was really helpful and kind, and you're right next to the tube, it's an easy ride to the centre of london..
I think that when it gets really hot, I don't know how the temperature holds up. An dmaybe the showers taht are not that great the time of flow when you press the button is really short...

The staff were very friendly, and our twin room was quite comfortable
The showers didn’t have much space to store clothes while you shower and stuff like that

I stayed in the single/ private room. It did not have an attached shower or toilet. The bed was comfortable and the TV was functioning. There is also a window that could be opened for ventilation. The location is good as it is very close to a tube station. There is a 24*7 supermarket nearby as well as cafes and restaurants nearby. I got a towel to use for free with my room, I appreciate that.
The room is too small but is fine for a couple of nights, to just sleep in. The bed should have two pillows. The common changing area and wash basins could do with better cleaning, at multiple times the dustbins were overflowing.
