Really appreciated the breakfast items…all we could have hoped for. Some fresh fruit would’ve been a bonus.
Loved the towel warmer.
Terrific location with walking distance to points of interests, restaurants, market, bus/tram/train.
Many thanks for allowing us to store luggage before check in time.
Didn’t care for the coffee provided, but that may be personal preference and/or user error.

The location and proximity to the city centre and train transport. Could not decipher the public bus and tram connections.
The hosts were excellent in that they left us food that would keep us going until we found the supermarket.
We did not like the cooking facilities with little space to prepare or cook. The bedding was suitable for a couple only and not two independent guests because the sofa bed was very uncomfortable but the main bed was good. The heating was cold and the oldness of the apartment and very high ceilings were beautiful but added to the cold. The shower was not very functional because the heat would come from a spout that was below waist height. The overhead shower head was impressive and big but not functional to deliver hot water during cold temperatures. There were no instructions or manual left to use the equipment in the apartment except for the TV.
