Lovely stay. Great location. Comfortable bed and pillows. Outdoor balcony a nice feature. Fridge, kettle all good. Clean and perfect for a couple for a week stay.

The property was perfect. Conveniently located to the train station, restaurants and boulangeries. Beautifully styled and decorated. Comfortable bed and pillows. There is a washing/dryer machine, so we were able to do a load of washing. Parking is close by in a parking station. The apartment is opposite a lovely park.

No breakfast. Location very good
Stairs - no lift. Very difficult for older people with very heavy luggage. Also very late check-in is unfair.

Nice location, well-decorated space
Impersonal to (actually, far past) the point of rudeness. Lack of communication/response on their point left us stranded with luggage in Reims; it also meant we spent 7 minutes in a downpour outside the door, waiting for the check-in code to work. Leaky shower had pretty but empty bottles of soap and soaked the floor each morning. Despite rationing, we ran out of toilet paper, but couldn't trust the proprietor to respond/restock. Also, weirdly, their online orientation booklet started off about security cameras and illegal download warnings, which made us wonder if it's a Napster holdover or if previous visitors had been playing around on the dark web. All in, I would NOT recommend this stay.
