Ottima posizione, appartamento ampio e pulito.
Un consiglio: visto l’odore di fognatura proveniente dall’esterno, metterei qualche profumatore. Per il resto tutto molto positivo

We really enjoyed our stay and thought the property was great value for money.
The location was excellent and, despite being in Seville, it was lovely and quiet. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning was fantastic, especially as the temperatures reached 40°C throughout our stay!
Just a little note for future guests: the coffee maker is a percolator, but there were no filters provided, so we couldn’t use it.
There were just a couple of small things that could have made the stay even better. The shower screen over the bath could have had a better seal, as water did get onto the floor when showering. Also, as we arrived late in the evening when everything was closed, it would have been a lovely touch to have had a bottle of water available in the room.

Emplacement parfait : en plein centre de Séville, quartier de l'Alfalfa, à proximité des centres d'intérêt sans être dans la cohue touristique de Santa Cruz. De plus, le logement est au fond d'une ruelle en impasse, elle-même en face d'un monastère de religieuses cloîtrées (qui vendent de délicieux biscuits) : San Léandro. Cela assure un calme absolu à ce coin d'Alfalfa. Et il y a des commerces alimentaires à proximité.
On préfère toujours être accueilli par un humain plutôt que ces systèmes de récupération de clé (on accède à la boîte à clé de l'appartement après avoir ouvert la porte de la maison par un système téléphonique. Peu agréable !). Il y a un canapé confortable dans le salon, mais en tout et pour tout deux chaises et deux tabourets dans l'appartement. Nous étions deux couples, franchement, ça ne va pas. Vaisselle et batterie de cuisine, tout à fait insuffisant. Notamment, une petite cafetière italienne en mauvais état. On aurait aimé une vraie cafetière électrique. Pas de torchons... Rien pour poser ses affaires dans la petite salle de bain.
