Amazing kitchen and laundry. Very spacious. Very good staff - communicative and responded to mosquito issue the same day. Air conditioner helped deal with the hot temperature.
Had issue with mosquitos but someone brought bug spray the same day.

The location is amazing
The cleanliness was lacking. The bathroom drain need a deep clean because there were insects coming out and the smell was infectious throughout the entire apartment. I bought a fragrance to cover it

There was a bit of miscommunication early, but the hist was able to acommodate quickly. The space was large, clean and got a good amount of sunlight. Close enough to good restaurants.
Its not the hosts fault, but the neighbors are really loud. I was woken up every night, by people talking loudly (they were basically yelling) at like 2/3 in the morning. The kitchen could use some basic condiments, like salt/ pepper.

"It was very clean, they came twice to change the towels and give us extra toilet paper."
