Good facilities , clean , good location
We were unable to get into the apartment for 2 hours from arrival . It’s was very hot waiting in the atrium. Poor communication , delayed responses , they had not given us access code it turns out . Internet very slow, then unavailable for entire last day

They provide you all the things necessary such as oil, sale, washing soap etc. It is very convenient.
It will be nice if they can clean the apartments during the stay and more clear indication on where to throw the trash.

The property is in a good location for walking to the main sights - between 10 and 20mins walk for most. It is a nice quiet area too. In the warmth of July the roof terrace was very much needed and to be able to go in and out the shallow pool was great. The staff were very responsive on WhatsApp, but you never actually see anyone.
The property is a bit tired - things are a bit worn and could do with updating such as the day beds on the roof terrace. The apartment we were in was very dark due to the fact the only windows were to the outside courtyard. The WiFi was also terrible! So if you are relying on that, this is not the place for you.
