The room was small but comfortable, and most importantly, spotlessly clean. The furniture was lovely, and there was a small kitchenette with a microwave, which was very useful for heating up our food. The beds were very comfortable, and the area felt very safe and was conveniently located close to everything. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly whenever we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again!
he only things we didn’t particularly like were the elevator, as it was an old and very small one that could barely fit two people, especially with luggage. At first, I also found it a little unsettling that when you entered the building, it was completely quiet. However, I later realized that this is quite common in Rome’s old buildings, and I eventually got used to it.
The room also had a bunk bed for the children, but the top bunk didn’t have a safety rail, which felt a little unsafe for the child sleeping there. Also, some of the dishes inside the cupboards were not completely clean. Finally, it would have been nice to have a few more hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels.
These were really the only negatives, and they definitely wouldn’t stop us from staying

The apartment was clean and spacious for our family. The location is good, close walking distance to main attractions. The staff was responsive. Bathroom is nice and updated.
The AC’s were weak. One of them has to be manually started by the staff, and that one does not cool at all. We had to use fans that were provided in the rooms. The master bedroom bed was uncomfortable, it slumps inward.

Staff was good, it had kitchen area, the room was clean, the location quite and clean
The window was super low, no sun inside, a bit depressive.
Very noisy in the morning at 7am cleaning team starts cleaning next door and too noisy to sleep

location of the room in the center of Rome, which make us able to travel by foot
The view from the window was another window of the other apartment, like huge chimney. All the day there was no sunlight in the room
