The location is so beautiful and peacefull. Even more beautiful than the pictures. We enjoyed every second here and will be so happy if we could go back in the future. We were so lucky to have found such an unreal property in a such beautiful part of Sithonia. The property is completely equiped with everything that we needed so we did not lack anything. We were very fortunate that we had the whole beach to ourselves since there were no other people around at the time. The front yard is so big and maintained that we entered the villa onky to sleep. We spent every minute enjoying and marveling the surroundings. The water is crystal clear so we were able to go snorkeling, board riding etc. The whole property and the beach is completely baby friendly. The host are great, easy to communicate and very helpful.

There was absolutely nothing that we did not like. Except that we had to leave.

Too short stay

Fantastic secluded hideaway! The Location is just perfect if you seek tranquility and don’t need noizy crowded beaches. The property (Garden,Beach and Guest House) is very well looked after. Everything is super clean, very well equiped (fully equiped Kitchen, enough towels-in addition a washing maschine Could be used), well thought out (e.g. Showers at the Beach and outside The House to wash off The Sand before entering). We haven‘t missed anything. We stayed as a family of 4 adults plus a 3 year old child- The House was perfectly fine for that (a good baby bed was provided for no charge). Lovely, super friendly and accommodating hosts-on the same side very discrete. The garden is huge (with a hammock directly at the beach) and the private beach beautiful, clean and great for a swim. There are only 2-3 neighboring houses. Eventhough we traveled during highseason we were often the only persons at the little bay. A super private hideaway for relaxing holidays! There are wonderful pine trees at the beach so there is always enough shade (perfect for kids!). Enough sunbeds at the beach and on the green. There are excellent restaurants within a a few minutes drive away (thalassa restaurant is just a 5 min drive away and provides nice food with a stunning view over the sea). Supermarket and several farmers market can easily be reached by car. We highly recommend to rent a boat to discover the area! (Luxury sport cruises was great).

A little sign at the street indicating the sand resort would be helpful. The last 200-300 m of the road are quite bumpy- nothing to worry about -but without any signs one could easily think this is the wrong path when arriving for the first time.
