The place is located next to a very shallow beach ideal for kids (you might need to make reservation if you prefer beach bar amenities). The house itself have everything you will need during your stay, including if reliable internet (Starlink), espresso machine, washing machine, fully loaded kitchen and barbeque + 2 verandas for enjoying refreshing morning and evenings. ACs working perfectly and parking on the spot is great plus.

Latoura beach is awesome
A few of the closets are closed and not accessible, so if you stay longer you will have a problem.
The place itself is beginning to show its age, quite a gap from the pictures.
When we arrived we had to wait for about one hour to get our keys from the guy in charge of the property (not ideal after a 10 hour drive). We arrived at exactly the time we said from a different country and he couldn’t get there on time from Thessaloniki (same route as us).
The internet/TV antena is somehow common for all the houses inline and placed on top of this house and we were bothered for two days by an angry older neighbour who is a local, because he didn’t have TV signal and somehow he felt it was our responsability to help him and was aksong tonleave him inside.
