Great location and staff if very nice! Great food options and a short walk to the main sorrento area. Balcony was fabulous for mornings and sunsets!
Not a necessity, but would be nice to have irons in the rooms.

Amazing location, great staff, comfortable king sized bed, great shower pressure- would absolutely stay here again!
The only issue was that there was no hot water for about a day, but the staff were quick to fix it!

Good location next to the train station and easy walking distance to the main centre and attractions. Bathroom was a good size and the room had a nice balcony with a good view of the sea in the distance.
The towels had yellow/brown stains on them. There was a terrible smell coming from the shower drain which made me gag when I entered the bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable. Lumpy in places and flat in others. The WiFi went down on our first night and the morning so we were unable to make contact with anyone or research what we would be doing for the day as our phones were on airplane mode. The resturants below can be noisy as you are trying to get to sleep - especially with children. Aircon is very good but it’s too good! We tried to turn it up to 24 degrees but we were still freezing cold. My son had to get in bed with us to warm up and we slept without the second night.
