It was a forgettable visit, nothing stands out… better options in the area for much less money.

Location is good, the restaurant was pleasant, the rooms are spacious.

Great if you arrive on a late flight or have an early departure. 5 mins from the airport,

Excellent location, with a free shuttle bus from Sofia airport. The bus driver was very helpful, and the reception manager on duty was lovely, very welcoming. The room was very quiet

It was ROASTING in the room, there was an air con control though, I just didn't find until the morning!

Terrible

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. But for getting back to terminal2 one must make a great detour

I will never stay here again. This was the third time a party was going on in the rooms above me. If you call the reception, they offer you another room, but to get up in the middle of the night and go to another room destroys your sleep anyway. Also the muzak in the corridors is so loud, you can hear it in the room. The bedsheets are not comfortable due to probably polyester.

Before your flight - a great choice

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel before a transatlantic flight - we chose it deliberately. Since there are a number of advantages in case of early departure or late arrival - the airport is practically nearby, the hotel provides a transfer, there is an early breakfast, you can order food to your room using a robot, the rooms are spacious and with a good evening view, there is a tea corner and all the necessary cosmetics. And a great brand of cosmetics!The staff is very polite and does everything professionally. The hotel differs from some others (near airport) in its frequency and pleasant design.

A minor inconvenience was that for some reason the hair dryer socket in the bathroom did not work. And I'd do something about cleaning the bathroom countertops (maybe I'd find a better chemical that would help get drips and caked-on shampoo off the light-colored surface). But it was still great.

Pick up point is not evident.. I wish you could have a free bottle of water in the room as a welcome.. it is just a good tone.. cheap and very needed, especially if you go directly from the airport and no place to pay 2-3 eur for small bottle of water… I am now in Plovdiv same chain.. and they do have two small bottles in room as a compliment..

Highly recommended

Excellent value for money. Rooms were well appointed, spacious and clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful, particularly the lady in the restaurant! Breakfast was available from 3am and although it would have been nice to have a cooked breakfast before our early start, we recognise that was unreasonable, so the cold continental breakfast was fine.

Honestly? Nothing. It was a great experience all round.

Nice comfortable bed and the staff were very nice and the restaurant was great in the evening.

Our room had a shower in the bath not my favourite as it is quite dangerous for older people

Superb

The hotel is near the airport and there is a shuttle bus to and from the airport. My flight arrived late at 0.30am and I found a very kind driver waiting for me at terminal 2. All the staff is very kind. The hotel is spotless, Eevrything went well. Thanks to everyone.

A great place near Sofia airport to stay.

Straightforward free shuttle from airport to the hotel, and return shuttle in the morning. Spotlessly clean rooms, quality complimentary toiletries, great pillows, cotton bedding, tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms and a very varied tasty breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and personable and the bar prices very reasonable.

convenient & comfortable airport hotel, perfect for overnight stay

spacious & comfortable room clean & bright bathroom price was similar to nearby budget hotel despite being of a much better quality

pre-booked shuttle bus did not arrive as planned - phone call to hotel was necessary which required a further wait of 20 minutes limited tea & coffee in the room

Great airport hotel for a short stay, free airport shuttle. Very clean and comfortable.

Good breakfast, spacious room which was clean and comfortable bed and pillows. Good food in the restaurant and super helpful waitress.

Hotel gym was rather tired, with old equipment and very warm. Air conditioning in my room was rather too warm, but fortunately I could open a window for some cooler air.

Very near Sofia airport

Conveniently located hotel near Sofia airport. Shuttle service available. The rooms are very big and comfortable. Roomy the robot, it was very funny to see a robot delivering room service to our bedroom door.

The matress is not very comfortable, very lumpy, the bedsheets were very rough as well, could have been softer :)

It was my last stay in this hotel!

The room was specious and the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and competent! It was the early breakfast package- sandwich with a lot of bread, baked goods, apples, coffee and juice ( very diluted orange juice, out of apple juice

The bathroom was dirty - mold all over the shower area, dirty vanity, stained sticky floor! The bus to the airport travelled through some bumpy off road. Scary and stressful ! No water in rooms! You have to buy Italian water for 8 Lv. Why??? In Bulgaria are so many mineral springs!
