Good value, good lux, excellent SPA and massage experience

Lux room is propre, no noise, clean, well equipped, all the comfort. Excellent value for the money paid

Generally the hotel has some old fashion, but when we combine it with the service quality and availability of everything you ask - the weak points don’t look that much important

I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. There's no service. It all starts with the fact that no one will help you with the luggage. They couldn't find a reservation at the reception and in the end they offered a number not the one I ordered. Parking for cars is paid and costs 10€ per day extra. The room is clean, but very worn out. The towels are old and torn. There were no belts on the bathrobes. The SPA centre is overloaded and there are a lot of people from outside in it. A hat is required in the pool and you will definitely take 5 leva for one piece. Magnetic cards for doors are regularly demagnetized and you constantly need to go to the reception and you will meet unpleasant people at the reception. Breakfast is the same every day. There's nothing interesting about it. They will want to take a fine of €10 for taking out an apple or any food. It's written about it at the entrance to the restaurant.

War ein normaler Hotel Aufenthalt

Der Spa Bereich war sehr gut

Viele Mitarbeiter waren sehr unfreundlich. Die Heizung konnte man nicht gut einstellen. Dadurch wurde es Nachts teilweise sehr heiß.

Πήγαμε για 4 μέρες Νερό δεν είχε ζεστό,το τηλ. δεν δούλευε και κουμπιουτερ για tv το στρώμα μετρήσαμε τα σήδερα η απάντηση της ρεσεψιόν θα το διορθώσουμε αλλά τίποτα, μούχλα στο δωμάτιο πρωινό καλό και 100€τη. Βραδιά έτσι ΧΑΛΙΑ

- It's close to the train and bus station. - Personal is polite. - Room is clean and smells fresh.

The main reason that I booked this place is because they have a swimming pool with lanes. But was temporarily closed. And I had no prior information about this on the booking.com website upon reservation or after by the hotel itself. Breakfast is good, but you have to pay for the coffee, weird. I went to many hotels and never saw this, even in cheap hotels if breakfast is included, means coffee is included. Wifi access is not secure.

Perfect place of catching an early bus

The location and services are great. There’s a late bar, casino within the hotel, the check in staff were incredibly kind and friendly.

It’s looking a little tired. Rooms could probably do with a bit of a glow up.

Enjoyed my stay again

Stayed here several times and (apart from a single case) everything went always fine, also this time. Not the cheapest hotel in Sofia, but services are on high level: friendly and helpful reception staff, clean rooms (Deluxe), rich and tasty breakfasts replenished regularly, hotel located next to subway station, while still not far from city center etc. I enjoyed my stay this time again.

Leaking shower hose, but it was only a small issue.

outstanding hotel, got to use the pool, the sauna and gym complimentary as part of my stay. staff were super helpful and friendly. bedroom was amazing! would highly recommend to anyone!

Will stay there again soon

Stayed in Ramada Sofia for the fourth time. I quite like the location (easily reachable via subway and some 20 mins walk from the city center). The staff at the front desk is friendly and really very helpful. The room was clean and well equipped, I also appreciate the laptop-sized safe and large work desk very much. The breakfast was rich and tasty and replenished regularly. Overall, I am very satisfied.

A bit pricey compared to similar hotels in Sofia, but pluses above still prevail for me.

Good, clean room. Good breakfast. Good pool( but too much people, because it is possible to visit pool for all, not only for hotel guests). Very good bathroom.

Problems with key - 2 times I have go to the reseption, because my key was blocked. They say it because phone..
