The staff were helpful and informative, the breakfast was good, the coffee and juices were all tasty and easy to access, there were good cold options but the warm options felt a little restricted.
There were renovations going on but we were on a high floor so noise was non existent. Parking was easy to reach.
It is a tired hotel and it is showing its age. Some of the room falicities could do with a renovation. Toilet flushing tank was damaged but operational for our stay. Warm breakfast options could do with a refresh.
Paid parking seems quite expensive for what it is, but at least it is easy to access.
There were only one or two Bulgarian speaking staff at breakfast and we got asked multiple times what our room number is.

It is close to the bus station. Even though the hotel is old, it was clean.
Noise isolation could be better.

The personnel at the reception was very polite.
There was immediate availability of a bathrobe.
The water bottles were daily replaced.
Obsolete bathroom installation (a little metallic locker giving access to electrological installations) on the side of the bathtub was continuously open...
When showering, there was no hot water available, water was lukewarm.
The airconditionning was almost inexistent.
The breakfast seats were very dirty-there were no fresh juices, everything was condensated fruit juice (full of sugars).
