Superb

very good location for traveling to Romania or Greece. Secure parking, clean rooms, very good food in the restaurant. Very friendly and helpful team: Mr. HRISTO and Mrs. IVA from the restaurant are a super competent team! Mrs. NATASCHA at the reception, too. Despite the problem with the room, she quickly found a very good solution. Thanks!

Excelent

Comfortable, very clean, good matress and pillows.

The shower didn't have a space for the water to drain, but over all, it was acceptable.

Not what I have expected

The food was really good

You must sleep in the centre of the bed. Otherwise, you'll fall off because it is on wills at one end. The concept of the bathroom is really bad. When you shower the entire bathroom, it gets flodded, and it becomes a hazard. Was a problem with language, but we manage with sigh language.

comfortable beds, the tea pot in the room, friendly employees, tasty and cheap restaurant👍

The bathroom is organized very uncomfortable: the water stays in all the bathroom after taking a shower:( The windows is not opened at all, may be because the heating is by conditioner. But it must be possibility to ventilate the room.

Cheap, but you get what you paid for. The bathroom was surprisingly clean and wasn't smelling.

The room was very tiny, the hotel was getting loud at some points. You could hear people talking in the nearby rooms and the corridor. There is a lorry park at the back of the hotel therefore you hear lorries coming and going 24/7. Also the lights of the parking lot are making the night like a day and the curtains don't help at all! The pillows and the blankets are smelling bad, you smell the sweat soaked into them. The room was quite dusty and the remote controls were greasy and dirty. If you are a lorry driver, looking to take a shower and have a rest on a bigger than your cabin bed it is ok, otherwise I would not recommend it!

Love it!! if we travel to Sophia again, for sure will stay there!!!

The interior was stunning!!! The playground was amazing!!

The bathroom didn’t had a proper shower!!! Other than that, the room was just amazing!!!

nice overnight stay if you travel somewhere else... restaurant in hotel is awesome, price range 5-10 EUR per meal..

small things, batteries in remote controls for TV and AC were empty, nothing of big importance

Good stay, when you don't want to enter the city

Good location when you are traveling, close to the highway. Good and tasty breakfast.

Strange smell in the room, probably due to cleaning detergents, but was not very pleasant.

For sleeping it was OK

Location was very convenient. The receptionist spoke English amazingly.

We did not get any dinner because we arrived the same time when the kitchen was about to close. No problem we understood they did not want to have overtime for 4 meals. But since I paid for the breakfast it was quite shocking to pay 2 euro for a little portion of mayonnaise what I asked near my toast.

Good hotel if you want to avoid Sofia traffic

Easy to reach without having to go through Sofia. Staff was very nice, good breakfast.

Traffic from the highway made it impossible to sleep with windows open. Air conditioning was decent and we managed to sleep fairly well. The shower + toilet combo is interesting, but definitely would prefer a clear separation between them.

Good place for tranzit

Very welcoming staff, open to any request. They have a big parking lot (shared with lots of trucks). They also have a restaurant with good food and a generous kids playground inside the restaurant.

The mattresses in the rooms are very very soft, they could use an upgrade. The staff serving at the restaurant knows enough English to take the order but any special requests need to be made clear so they don't mix them up.

Lovely place, polite stuff.

Great experience, the stuff was very polite. The room was very specious and traditionally decorated. The corridors in the hotel are with 3d decorations.

Great place to relax, excellent food

clean and cozy. the room was big enough for all of us. The food at restaurant is excellent and very fast served. in the restaurant there is a small playground that was very appreciated by kids and adults ;)

The bathroom needs some updates, as the shower area is not delimited and water speeds to the door

Perfect hotel/motel for us during travel

We already come there for 12 years , for us is it perfect we always travel 4 times a year from Holland to Turkey or the other way around !

We find that the diner is not as nice as it was before!

Make sure there’s no party when you’re making your reservation.

Easy to find. Bed was comfortable.

Almost everything I disliked. It’s far from shops and other restaurants which is a problem when there is a party at the restaurant downstairs. It’s not only extremely loud well into the night but getting something to eat may be a problem as well unless you want to eat in your room at a time convenient for the staff. I did not get to relax at all nor did I get a good nights sleep. This was my first and last visit to the place.

Perfect for what it's meant to be

This hotel definitely must always be judged against it's prices. When paying a few lev for bed and breakfast, you need to set your expectations. This being said, the rooms were clean enough, big enough, the staff was very friendly and polite. Free parking, as advertised. Excellent location, right on the route to Greece and back. Special mention: Excellent breakfast, excellent food for dinner. The restaurant is very affordable and the food is great, everything we ordered was nice, fresh, large portions and delicious. Will definitely stop by again.

Maybe some basic maintenance of the rooms from time to time, to hide the cigarette burns, some repainting, nothing out of the ordinary. Also, please use normal white towels, the red ones are kinda creepy.

I strongly advise against !

nice people from the service

It was a misunderstanding - and a reminder to carefully read hotel descriptions on online platforms. The hotel is dedicated to truck drivers - a typical Pit-stop Motel. - with a huge parking for them and what goes hand in hand with girls who provide ... "relaxation" services. The interior of the room remembers its splendor from the times of Todor Żivkov. A leaking toilet in the bathroom - "everything" spills onto the floor. And that specific smell of ... old age. I recommend caution !.
