Добро съотношение цена - качество.

Много хубави стаи, моята беше добре почистена. Удобни легла, удобни възглавници. Стаята ми гледаше към булеварда, но при затворен прозорец нищо не се чуваше. Банята също беше хубава. Имаше кухненски бокс, който не съм ползвал. Прекрасна голяма тераса.

Наличието на паркинг и затоплянето в целия хотел беше прекрасно. Free parking

Попаднахме в стая с развалена врата и вентилаторът в тоалетната не работеше. Door locking mechanism was not functioning and air vent wasn't working.

Приятен хотел, мил персонал

Приятен хотел, мил персонал и модерно обзавеждане, позволено за дом. любимци и то без такса, което е страхотно.

Вентилацията в банята не работеше, апартаментчето беше хубаво, но има нужда малко от освежаване и лек ремонт, има някакви дребни неща, несветеща крушка над огледалото, липса на купа за салата и чаши за вино например....но това са подробности, като цяло беше добре.

Clean, spacious apartment, nice design, good location, safe parking, noisy because of the boulevard

We had the 1 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor, for 1 night, while in transit to Romania. The place was clean and spacious, with nice light from the large windows. To our understanding, all apartments face the boulevard, which is very crowded during the day, making a lot of noise. It's less traffic during the night, but still could hear the cars, buses, trucka and motorcycles passing, and some people speaking down the road, even with the windows closed. I would highly recommend bringing earplugs if you want to rest. The room had a nice design. There was air conditioning and TV in each room. The bed was comfortable, and the extended sofa was large and good enough for 2 average people. The reception staff was friendly and speaking satisfactory English. There is plenty of parking space in front of the hotel, right in front of their ground-floor bakery and restaurant. The neighbourhood is rather new, quite safe, lots of new residential buildings are being built in the area. Lots of restaurants to choose from. We had breakfast included. It's not a buffet - you have a number of combo options to choose from, which are not that well balanced from a quantity perspective, considering they have the same price (one option brought us one small croissant with one slice of cheese and one of ham and few pieces of cucumber, while another option brought egg, ham, tomatoes, cucumber, butter, toast, jam). Breakfast coffee was good. The staff serving breakfast did not speak English. I wouldn't choose to have breakfast included, unless you are in a hurry and want a quick early bite before going back on the road. The kitchenette is cute, but empty, it doesn't come with anything you would need to prepare a meal, not even breakfast. There were 3 cups, 3 glasses, 2 plates and basic cutlery (fork & knife) for 2 people. Might have been bought by previous guests. You have electric stove, microwave, a laundry washing machine. Haven't used any.

The heavy noise from the main boulevard even with windows closed - bring your earplugs to rest during the night. Kitchenette is not equipped for its purpose. Towels - although clean, they were worn-out, some had small broken areas. The pillows deserve 1 star: we had 1 per person, and different types - one was of a rock-hard sponge and impossible to fit under your neck, gave up on it, the other two were also poor quality, but at least usable.

Enough space for a family of four, good location, air conditioning in both bedrooms, nice bakery next to the entrance.

It's not possible to sleep with opened windows (no mosquito nets and noise from the street), description says there is free private parking but only outdoor parking with no parking guarantee was available (we were told we have to pay extra for the underground parking), the receptionist didn't warn us that we have to lock the door with the card from inside and when leaving the apartment (normally it happens automatically), entering the shower cabin was a real challenge, floors weren't really clean when we checked in, there was a hole in one of the bed sheets.

ok for low budget

the bed was comfy - the bus station for the city center was in front of the hotel - the hotel receptionists were nice - it had a cute balcony - free parking space - cheese pie from the bakery was ok

the housekeeper didn't go in for the whole stay, although the receptionist said that she would go every 2 days - we had to ask for toilet paper on two different occasions because of that - that also goes for the towels - in one of the drawers there was some change left from previous guests, which means that the housekeeper didn't really clean the place throughly - the toiletries (30ml shampoo and 30ml shower gel) were supposed to be enough for four days and two people? - one wall of the room was a "minj kitchen" but it was a waste of space because no one "would cook" next to the bed -the breakfast was really poor, in the menu it says "fresh orange juice" that in reality traslates to juice from concentrate; and the "homemade croissant" is a Kaufland croissant with plastic cheese and "italian ham" which is the cheapest ham ever - the breakfast is served at the bakery next door - the first day we were lucky to have a nice hostess, whereas the rest of the days the other lady wasn't too pleasant or happy to work there and she also brought us a smaller coffee than the lady from the first day -the shower doesn't have any curtains or partition to saparate that from the toilet and from the sink, hence all the water from the shower was spalshing all over the bathroom everytime someone took a shower

A very good find with normal price!

Really enjoyed the beds and pillows. Slept very well with all of the family and was hard to wake up and leave :D The parking in front of the building is good for cars with roof rack/ski box.

A great place in a great city

I’ve used it many times because it is a great place with a lovely bakery and bar next to it. Unfortunately it is now so popular it’s getting harder to book.

It's a good place for a layover

The apartment was nice and clean. The entry door made us feel very secure. The apartment has a kitchenette and a washing machine. The bed was nice and comfy. The furniture is looking very modern. The breakfast we had was yummy and the restaurant is very cute.

The balcony was really small. The shower has no curtains or something to divide it from the rest of the bathroom. Even though the apartment has a kitchenette, there are no pots and pans.

Fine for short stay

Room was very spacious. Amazing place for breakfast.

I couldn't use an iron, because it was so dirty I was afraid to ruin my clothes. Very noisy place, no possibility to sleep with open window. No shower glass, so whole bathroom was wet. Pillows were so huge and hard, it was very not comfortable.

Will book the same hotel next time when we're in Sofia

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean and comfortable apartment.

The hairdryer was the same as other hotels in Sofia and not able to move around.

We stayed as family in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was very clean and comfortable.

Parking is problem if free parking lots in front of the hotel are full.

Superb

The hotel and the room were clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast and coffee were plentiful and delicious.

There were some people yelling at each other in the middle of the night, probably from adjacent rooms. There was no soap in our bathroom, but we managed.
