The place was very clean, the staff were friendly, and it’s conveniently located near bus stops with direct routes to the city center in about 20 minutes.
Just a tip: the kitchen is shared and located on the ground floor for use by all guests in the apartment. It was clean, but we initially thought it would be part of our booked room.
We did notice a spider web under the wardrobe, and the rug wasn’t very comfortable underfoot as it had some dirt. However, overall, it was okay.

Good size for a family of four.
It did not appear well maintained, particularly in terms of cleanliness.
The bed sheets looked very old, worn out, and not of the proper quality for a hotel.
The carpets in the bedrooms seemed as though they had never been cleaned, with stains from spillages and high-traffic areas.
One of the bedroom doors had a hole, as if someone had punched it.
