Staff was helpful and accommodating.
We had to cancel this month before our trip so I couldn’t stay but will pass on my mom’s comments.
My mom and auntie usually stay there when they visit Sofia. She does walk in to hotel without booking online, they are always helpful to her and find a room suitable.
Rooms and bathrooms are clean, big and airy, located right next to government buildings in the center. Beds were comfortable and complimentary tea/coffee were available.

Location is excellent. Room is a little dated but still very good for a couple of nights. Go to Happy restaurant. You won’t be disappointed.
Parking was NOT free and not available. We had to park close by 25 euro for 24 hours, which I thought was very expensive.

Location is top notch.
It's not very clean. Parking got more expensive as the room. Before it had best value/money ratio, now I don't think that's the case.
