Breakfast was really good. The room was very large, was actually an apartment. They had 24 hour reception and an underground parking, however this was quite small.
The doors were squeaking, and the bed mattress was a bit too hard. They gave us a single access card, even though we paid for 2 adults and one child and the electricity was activated with that card by placing it in the card holder. If one of us left the room and took out the card the other was left with no electricity.

A very nice and affordable hotel quite close to the city centre. The central railway station and the central bus station are 5 min walk away, with bus, metro and tram stations just outside the buliding. The soundproofing is very good: even though there is a tram line just outside, you don't hear it much. The hotel is rather new (established in 2019 I think), most facilities are rather fresh and there is a general feeling of comfort and cleanliness. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I particularly liked the inside garden where you can have your breakfast!
The only thing that bothered me is the weak water flow in the shower on the upper floors (room 403). By the way, the tap in the sink was running quite well, so I think there is just some issue with the shower head. Also, installing a couple of additional towel hooks in the bathroom would be a good idea.

This is very conveniently located next to the train station. The staff is super kind and the breakfast was great.
This is not a boutique hotel, just a small and slightly kitschy room so small that you were literally showering over the toilet.
