This hotel is really nice and clean. My hotel room was large and comfortable, with an adjacent dining room. The location is very convenient, within a walking distance to the train station and the central bus station. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Altında özel bir park yeri bulunması özel tercih sebebimdi. Odalar ferah ve rahat.Yürüyerek Aslanlı köprüye gidebilirsiniz. Hava güzel ise şehir merkezi katedrale kadar bile yürüyerek gidilebilir. Kış olduğu için daha çok arac ile gezdik. Şehir merkezi 2 km. Tren istasyonu 200m

Нас заселили в номер, в котором стульчак туалета был грязный, мы сообщили об этом на рецепцию, нас оперативно переселили, второй номер был относительно чистый, не считая грязных пятен на шторах, которые несколько лет не стирали.
Чашки и стаканы были грязные, на постели нашли чьи-то волосы, интернет еле работает, туалет был неисправен, в нем текла вода и он постоянно шумел, свет в комнате постоянно мигал и ужасно шумел холодильник.
В ванной комнате душ из стены, который неогороженный ничем, когда моешься вода разливается по всей ванной комнате и нет ни тряпок, чтобы вытереть пол, ни резиновых тапочек, чтобы грибок не подцепить и об этом не сообщили заранее, теперь я поняла, почему на сайте нет фото ванных комнат.
Рядом с душем на полу стоял ершик для унитаза, и если ты моешься то вся вода заливается туда, а потом благополучно выливается тебе под ноги, в общем за гигиену 0 пунктов.
В первую же ночь попросила 2-ое одеяла на ресепшене, но мне его не принесли, пришлось повторно спускаться вниз.
Тапочек и фена в номере не было, также пришлось спускаться и просить.п

super close to the bus station for a late arrival.
felt uneasy the entire stay, room was like a sauna, couldn't get it to cool down unless i had the windows wide open. not sound proof! could hear every move made on the floor. sheets were dirty, pillow & duvet were super thin. apartment wasn't necessary for a solo traveler. no food options nearby. i chose a non smoking room but would often smell smoke in the apartment. the radiator in the bathroom would not turn off. questionable plumbing with frequent noise coming from the shower gutter & toilet deciding to stop flushing.

Το πρωινό είναι καλό με επαρκή ποικιλία. Η τοποθεσία είναι στα όρια του κέντρου αλλά υπάρχει μπροστά και γύρω από το ξενοδοχείο τραμ, λεωφορεία και μετρό για να πας όπου θέλεις. Η γειτονιά δεν λέει και πολλά πράγματα αλλά το ίδιο το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ καλό. Υστερεί σε λεπτομέρειες που για κάποιους μπορεί να είναι μειονέκτημα, π.χ. το κρεβάτι ενώ είναι king size με πολύ καλό στρώμα έχει σκέπασμα το πολύ για ημίδιπλο. Ευτυχώς ο κλιματισμός είναι πολύ καλός ώστε να μπορείς να κοιμηθείς και ξεσκέπαστος.
Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικό.
Μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα το ιδιωτικό υπόγειο πάρκινγκ που λύνει το πρόβλημα και το άγχος για ασφαλή φύλαξη και στάθμευση του αυτοκινήτου.
Το μπάνιο ενώ είναι ικανοποιητικών διαστάσεων δεν είχε (στο δικό μας τουλάχιστον) για το ντους κάποιο διαχωριστικό, καμπίνα, κουρτίνα ή κάτι τέλος πάντων με αποτέλεσμα όταν έκανες ντους να γινόταν πλημμύρα σε όλο το χώρο.
Σε ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων η έλλειψη στεγνωτήρα μαλλιών είναι μειονέκτημα, τουλάχιστον για τις γυναίκες που έχουν μακρυά μαλλιά.
Ενώ στις παροχές φαίνονται παντόφλες στα δύο δικά μας δωμάτια δεν υπήρχαν (είχαμε βέβαια δικές μας).
Αυτά τα μικρά είναι που μπορεί κάποιες φορές να σου χαλάσουν λίγο την εικόνα ενός κατά τα λοιπά καλού ξενοδοχείου.

L'ensemble du personnel est très agréable, serviable et souriant.
Aucune insonorisation de la chambre, qui donne sur une grande artère ou passent les tramways. Bruits en provenance de l'ascenseur + bruits de la salle de bains/wc d'à côté. Cela fait beaucoup trop de bruits, sommeil très perturbé.
J'ai séjourné 2 nuits, la chambre n'a PAS été refaite à l'issue de la première nuit.
J'ai demandé à la réception un petit déjeuner avancé pour un départ à 7h30 le lendemain matin, il m'a été répondu que j'aurai un pique nique. J'ai du attendre l'arrivée du personnel à 7h15 pour m'entendre dire que la commission n'avait pas été faite.

Al llegar solicité una excursión a dos de los lugares más emblemáticos de todo el país (la iglesia Boyana y el Monasterio de Rila, ambos inscritos en la lista de patrimonio dela Humanidad de la Unesco) y se ocuparon de contactar con la agencia. Por otro lado, solicité un servicio de masaje pero se dio la circunstancia de que el masajista titular se había roto un brazo y por tanto se encontraba de baja. Sin embargo no dudaron en buscar un masajista suplente y de calidad excelente. Una de las empleadas también está interesadísima en aprender español.
Cuando algún cliente de alguna habitación contigua a la mía tiraba de la cadena de su retrete, el ruido me recordaba alas cataratas de Iguazú.

Every staff member I interacted with was genuinely friendly and committed to ensuring a memorable stay. A special shoutout goes to Ognyan, who truly went above and beyond. On one occasion when I had a headache, he personally went out of his way to get me an aspirin. It's this kind of attentive and personalized service that makes a difference in a traveler's experience.
Aside from the commendable staff, the hotel boasts a well-equipped fitness center that I found to be up to par with my workout needs. It was always kept clean and inviting, making it a pleasure to use.
Another highlight was the food. The breakfast I had was fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. There's something about having quality food that elevates the entire hotel experience, and B1 Hotels Sofia certainly didn’t disappoint in that regard.
All in all, if you're looking for a place where you're not just another guest, but someone the staff truly cares about, B1 Hotels Sofia is the place to be.
Honestly, there wasn't much that I didn't like about B1 Hotels Sofia. The hotel itself is a testament to comfort, with spacious, clean, and well-appointed rooms. The value for money is exceptional, and I was genuinely impressed with what the hotel offers for its price point.
However, a small note for future travelers: If you're someone who enjoys starting their day with a fresh brew or indulging in nearby eateries, you might find the immediate vicinity a tad lacking in terms of coffee shops and restaurants. While there are some options, you'd need to be up for a 12-15 minute walk to reach them. But considering everything the hotel itself has to offer, this is just a minor inconvenience and by no means a deal-breaker.
In summary, B1 Hotels Sofia offers a delightful stay, and any minor challenges in the surrounding area are overshadowed by the hotel's inherent quality and value.

Lovely little hotel, close to the main transport stations, and a nice 10 minute walk to the main attractions and city. 24 hour concierge service also was really nice.

Nice hotel with friendly staff, close to the bus station. We only stayed here as a quick stop over before travelling onwards. Room was in good condition and bed was comfortable, would stay here again.

The room was big and clean and the shower was nice.
When we arrived we were directed to park in a certain spot, which we did. I told the man several times that we were leaving very early for the airport, I even mentioned it was going to be 0430 that we would be checking out. He was like fine no worries. Next morning at 0430 we go to the desk to hand our key in where a different man was working and he was worried but I wasn't sure why.
Well we got to the car park and our car was parked in!!
That's right, we couldn't leave!
The man offered to start waking people up but who knows how long that would take so in the moment we asked him to call a cab which he did. It was my husband catching flight so I stayed behind to deal with the car at a more reasonable time. I can't even imagine what would have happened if we were both flying. I will say that the man in the morning was very kind and helpful, but really it shouldn't have happened.
We were not offered any reimbursement for the cab which was 25 lev.
We were also told that it has happened before and that the week or two before it happened to a pilot!
And just to add insult to injury both my husband and I got a minor dose of food poisoning from eating in the onsite restaurant. Let's just say I wish I had booked elsewhere, it would have saved a lot of time, effort, money, stress and toilet visits.

I’ve had an amazing experience in this hotel. The staff was nice, the room and other facilities were clean, and the food was great. Overall, I’m very impressed, and will come next time when I visit Sofia.
This is more like a warning than a complaint. The check-in and check-out times are not correct on the site (the hotel has contacted Booking.com multiple times about it, but they didn’t respond and do anything). In reality, you can check-in at the hotel after 2 PM and check out until 12 PM. Because I thought that the times were correct, I ended coming way too early (at 3 AM way before the actual check-in time), and since they didn’t had any free rooms yet, I ended up sleeping in one of their facilities (thank god I ended up there, for which I need to thank the person at the reception because if that didn’t happen, I would’ve been stuck outside like a homeless person).

Perfect location near train station and subway. Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Didn’t have a chance to eat at the restaurant so can’t say anything about it. Underground parking helps a lot.

The hotel is located very nicely, very close to the train Station and the City centre is reachable by foot. Everything inside is very nice, the breakfast is good. Alltogether a really comfortable experience.
