It is not the first time we stayed in this hotel. I like the spacious rooms, the classic atmosphere, and the excellent central location, next to a metro station and close to the central station and busstation.

mattresses of the beds need to be replaced.

Soggiorno confortevole

Camera ampia con balcone, letto comodo, bagno con doccia. Posizione ideale per chi si muove a piedi o vuole usare i mezzi pubblici (tram, metro). La fermata Serdika è a 10 minuti a piedi, mentre la Cattedrale a 20 minuti. Sotto un bar che apre alle 8:00 e chiude alle 20:00 ideale per colazioni e spuntini. Si può pagare con la carta di credito sia al bar che nell’hotel.

Birthday in sofia

Room 14.large airy room with sofa and kettle. I would have liked cups only 2 glass.but no big deal .breakfast was very good.served with a hot drink of your choice and fresh orange juice.loction was great metro and tram just outside the hotel.Bus station only 10 mins away on foot .Nice staff too

That ony a kettle was there.if you put a kettle I would expect cups too.so it was of no use

Good value for money

Big room, convenient to city attractions, comfortable bed.

Breakfast was not buffet, and I had to pick only one dish from the menu. Strange!

good hotel in the city centre

Hotel was in great location in the city Center almost 2 minutes walk from metro station. Room looks exactly as on the photos, everything was clean and comfortable. In the lobby is restaurant which serve breakfast and another snacks, which was so delicious. Receptionist was nice and answered for all my questions. I think it’s good value for money.

It was linked to the cafe 1920. It was obviously been decorated recently, keeping the place tidy and clean and fresh looking.

No bar for the evening. Little available locally (that I could find) for a meal 10 min walk.

Staff was friendly and great location and restaurant next to it.

I asked the front desk guy to order us a taxi where we can pay by card. We drove to the airport and the driver was really rude and told us only cash. We didn’t have to withdraw any cash the whole trip but at the airport right before leaving.

Nice hotel in Sofia

Lovely view from the room, and really nice space to unwind. We also had a bath in the room, and the bubble foam was a nice surprise.

We had asked the reception to book us an airport taxi for an early morning departure. When we got downstairs, no one was in reception and we had to manically find a taxi on our phones, and then hope like hell the receptionist was going to return in time to unlock the door and let us out. It was stressful, and could have been avoided.

It is really disappointment!

The location of the hotel is perfect.

The man working in the reception is not warm welcome. The owner of the caffee is really rude. My friend wanted extra bread and waited approx. 20 minutes for it. Therefore, we have said that we are waiting for bread. She asked whether we have ordered or not and said that it will come if we order. It is really weird. The hotel room is not clean and the carpet in the room is really dirty and is covered in the dust. Hence we had problems about inhalation. Besides there are no slippers!

Very nice and fancy breakfast you can choose up to 10 varieties Spacious room Hotel is near of metro station, supermarket and many restaurants Friendly and smiley staff Ac for summer and heating for winter Very nice hotel restaurant

location was good. very quiet for being on top of a main junction. heating worked well and hot water too.

didn’t have the bed selection I booked and no alternative given just two singles instead of double

A decent stay in the centre of Sofia

Really good size room in a good location in Sofia. Reception were always very friendly.

It wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped. Lots of stains on the carpet, dirty shower curtain, and a strong cigarette smell in the hallways.

best location in Sofia , but poor breakfast and take care of reservation

I arrived to the hotel after my flight to find them canceling my reservation and change it to another hotel I don’t know about it anything however I booked at there place because I want it location , finally after long time the reception worker called his manager then told him find a room to me to stay !

Nice place, good location.

Lack of internet, lack of possibility to connect with reception, lady with dark hair even didnt try to check what is the problem, she told that for sure is fault od my devices.
