1980er Jahre Hotel

Positiv waren die Lage und die Sauberkeit und die Freundlichkeit des Personals an der Rezeption und der Handwerker. Gute Sicht im gebuchten Zimmer.

Die mangelnde Freundlichkeit des Personals im Restaurant und in der Hotelbar. Der schwankende Wasserdruck. Die Klimaanlage war keine, sondern eine zentral gesteuerte Heizung/Kühlung. Vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine große Baustelle, auf welcher ganztägig Betonabbruch-Arbeiten durchgeführt werden werden.

Wonderful room Grand Hotel In Sofia

Wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed there for 2 nights and room size and facilities were amazing. Staff was very nice, they changed our room immediately since our first room had air conditioning issues. Breakfast was good and had many options. It’s right in the Center and everything can be reached by walk.

Parking is little bit costly.

Hotel che ha fatto il suo tempo,camere grandi e bello il bagno ma con vasca e doccia scivolose,buona la posizione.Hotel non da 5 stelle

Upgrade con camera vista teatro non rispettato,assegnato altra camera !In un 5 stelle non si può vedere ancora un fon a parete di 30 fa !!Ho chiesto un fon e mi hanno portato un aggeggio ancora più inutile!!Pantofole da ridere talmente erano sottili!!Cuscini scomodissi! Colazione da tre stelle forse !Personale che non ha idea di cosa vuol dire lavorare in una struttura di 5 stelle !! Al cambio cuscini si sono portati il carica batteria e ho dovuto penare un bel po' prima che lo riportassero indietro!Inconcepibile per le stelle che vantano !Niente spazzolino ne penna con notes !

Situation idéale et rapport qualité prix excellent. Le personnel est agréable et la chambre spacieuse. Bonus, les petits déjeuners inclus dans la formule. Super.

Best place to stay in Sofia!

The rooms, staff, amenities, and location are second to none in Sofia!

I was dealing with some pretty bad jet lag but that had nothing to do with the hotel.

Amazing hotel!

We have stayed in this hotel many times, and it has always been a very positive experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms are very large, and the situation is the best in Sofia! A really beautiful hotel, and I highy recommend it.

The breakfast was not included in the price, even though we stayed out of season. Even though I booked two double rooms, and requested to stay at a higher floor, if possible, this wasnt done and we were sent to rooms which were set up for single use. Probably just a one-time mistake as we have always had a great stay at this hotel.

Hotel is very good, quite. Staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms spaceous, very comfortable. I don't have any remarks to the hotel. Perfect location in the center of the capital.

נחמד אבל יקר ביחס למלונות באזור

החדר היה ממש גדול ומרווח

המגבות לא הוחלפו- מגבות מלוכלות ששמתי על הרצפה בשירותים קופלו והונחו כאלו הן נקיות (פתחתי וראיתי את הלכלוך..)

The level of service is not even close to the level of five-star hotel!

Staff at the reception unfriendly. Nowhere in the world I should not give information at reception where the taxi should take me. It is invasion of privacy!

Bed linen is not changed on daily basis. Monotonous breakfast

Nice hotel at the very centre of Sofia, friendly staff. Windows don´t open.

For my first stay I had a corner room with a nice view, but unfortunately the windows don´t open. Fresh air is only available in the balcony and terrace rooms. For my second stay I had a terrace room on the top which was lovely, but unfortunately the deckchairs had been removed. I had been looking forward to them! The lady at the reception kindly told the roomservice staff to bring the chairs, so my stay was as expected. Lovely bathroom with bathtub, bathfoam and bathsalt supplied. Had a late checkout at a reasonable cost.

Breakfast was mediocre but okay.

Amazing hotel that have all what you need for a quality stay

The location is great that is near to everything. The room is really spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was really awesome with a lot of varieties. The staff are really helpful and cooperative starting from check in , concierge , parking , restaurant, housekeeping and check out. All of them were so great. I highly recommend that hotel and if i would be back to Sofia, for sure I would use that hotel

Ok I think you could do better for the money

The location was great, and the room size was very large, but not well laid out

The air-conditioning didn’t work, despite a member of staff looking at it, and it meant the room was too hot at night Breakfast was not included and what was a very expensive room, rate The gym was just about adequate and could do with some maintenance The restaurant served good food in the evenings, but was a walkway for people coming back into the hotel, which detract from its ambience, and the chef insists on putting truffles with too many dishes, which just over power them
