Stanza molto grande all'ultimo piano con una bella vista. Mi è piaciuta molto la pulizia, la cortesia e disponibilità del personale, la posizione comodissima per raggiungere tutti a piedi

La temperatura un po' eccessivamente alta dappertutto... Il riscaldamento messo 2° in meno in tutto l'hotel aiuterebbe

Great location, comfy beds, superb staff and a delicious breakfast.

Very warm welcome. Easy check in. Friendly and helpful staff (Katie)! Room very comfortable. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Water pressure in shower was fantastic. Very quiet. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent.

Pleasant hotel but not very quiet

The staff is very nice and helpful. The lady at the breakfast is very pleasant and welcomes you with a big smile! Located at a 15 minutes walk from the metro station. Good restaurants nearby.

The hotel is not well soundproofed. You can hear people talking in the street, as well as the tramway. Rooms are very close to each other and you can hear people talking and going to their room. Pity they don't do dinner.

Posizione abbastanza buona, camera pulita, personale cortese.

La zona è centrale ma non esageratamente, per arrivare a negozi-bar-ristoranti ci vogliono circa 20 minuti di cammino. Letto e cuscini troppo morbidi. Colazione troppo costosa se rapportata ai prezzi dei bar di tutta la città (12 euro hotel, 4 euro bar)

Konaklama başlamadan yazdığımız herşeye cevap aldık. Konaklama sırasında fazlası ile yardımcı oldular.

Konaklama başlarken ilk girişde yapılabilecek aktiviteler turlar gezilerden hiç bahsedilmedi. Son gün biz broşürleri görüp bakınca farkettik.

Hotel de trato muy agradable y bien situado

Ubicación excelente pues iba caminando a centro médico donde he estado trabajando estos días. El personal de recepción encantador y la chica del desayuno también muy maja - respondiendo mis dudas sobre cosas típicas búlgaras que yo quería probar - y muy sonriente y atenta, pero sin molestar. Desayuno siempre con productos típicos búlgaros, y eso me gusta mucho - pero creo que en los dulces se podía poner mas claro, como en los quesos. Pues las galletas -cookies - y un bizcocho y otras pastas se hacían en el hotel - caseros, y no estaba indicado en ningún cartel. A mi me lo dijo esa chica, pero estaría bien que estuviera indicado.

Me gustó que me pidieran un taxi para ir al aeropuerto al precio que yo quería, mas aceptable que el shuttle privado, pero el tiempo de acceso al aeropuerto me lo dieron demasiado corto - estimaron 20/30 minutos y tardamos 45'. Pero aun así llegué bien.

Excellent location .10 minutes from Vitosha boulevard, breakfast was nothing special, simple breakfast. Amazing staff, everybody smile want to help you , very responsive people

Ottima scelta per la scoperta di Sofia

Posizione: a 5 minuti dalla Cattedrale e a 10 dal centro pedonale. Stanza ampia e pulita. Comodi gli accappatoi con le ciabattine. La receptionista dell'accettazione è stata molto gentile.

Temperatura altissima in camera, non regolabile. Altro personale dello staff è stato freddo, poco cortese e una persona scorretta.

Gelungener Sofia-Besuch.

Die zentrale Lage, die großen Zimmer (ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer zur Alleinbenutzung), ruhig (das Zimmer war auf der hinteren Seite), sauber, warm, gutes Frühstück (aber Preis pro Tag 19 Euro!), nettes Personal. Die Kosmetik war Import aus Spanien, Madrid, war exzellent, gut verträglich, keine Allergien. Habe sie mir in Deutschland auf der Homepage der Firma bestellt. Reparaturen wurden noch am gleichen Tag erledigt.

Nicht geklappt hat das von booking.com offerierte, kostenlose Abholung vom Flughafen mit dem Taxi. Sonst die Bestellung von Taxis (Firma yellow) durch die Rezeption hat immer geklappt, die Taxis waren in wenigen Minuten da.

Short, but extremely pleasant stay

The hotel's strengths have to do with amenities and services provided, coupled with the quantity of the breakfast and its location which is very close to all main sightseeings. Another thing worths to be mentioned is the staff's willingness to help. Special kudos to the restaurant's staff for her consistency, cordiality and professionalism, so as to the cleaning staff for its daily contribution.

Balance between price and quality should be maintained, following current trends of the tourism industry in terms of preferences and consumers' financial capacity.

Sofya’ya tekrar gidecek olursak yada tavsiye etmemiz istenirse bu oteli kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

Tesis de herşey çok güzeldi. 2 yetişkin 1 çocuk olarak suit odada kaldık 2 oda vardı odalar ferah ve genişdi. Hergün oda temizliği yapıldı eksikler tamamlandı. 2 yatak da çok genişti.Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlüydü. Çevre ve mekan bilgisi hakkında çok yardımcı oldular. Otelin konumu harika Alexander katetraline yürüyerek 5 dk. Biz otelden heryeri yürüyerek gezdik.

Suit oda da ki açılır kapanır ama çok geniş olan yatak çok fazla gıcırdıyordu. Kahvaltı yeterliydi belki ama hergün aynı yiyecekler vardı. Bence hergün farklı bir çeşit ile menü değiştirilebilir.

Localização

Viajei com duas reservas, uma pessoal entre 1 e 3 de dezembro e outra paga pela faculdade onde trabalho de 3 a 5 de dezembro e que já estava pre paga. No dia do check in expliquei a situação e paguei pela reserva pessoal. No dia 3 um funcionário cancela a reserva não reembolsável da faculdade e quando regresso ao hotel obrigam-me a pagar novamente pela reserva da faculdade alegando que será feito um reembolso de uma reserva não reembolsável. Vedaram-me o acesso ao quarto onde tinha as minhas coisas por um erro do próprio hotel … e mesmo depois de já ter pago pela segunda vez (!)inacreditável para um hotel de uma cadeia internacional

Πολύ καλή επιλογή για ένα όχι τόσο κεντρικό ξενοδοχείο.

Σχέση ποιότητας τιμής,άνετο δωμάτιο,ήσυχο,καθαρο

Ακριβό πρωινό,όχι τόσο κοντά στο κέντρο,περπατούσαμε περίπου 20-30' για τον κεντρικό πεζόδρομο.

Estancia normal.

La situación del hotel es excelente, a pie a todos los distintos puntos de interés y cantidad de restaurantes y bares muy cerca . Calle tranqulia sin mucho ruido. Desayuno caro, hay varios coffe shops super cerca.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente. Tirava aire caliente siempre incluso con el simbolo de aire. Por lo que la primera noche era como un horno. Pregunte, pero me comentaron que era correcto. No lo usé más y abri las ventanas para ventilar y tener aire fresco. La última noche no hicieron la habitación no se el motivo. Tampoco lo reclamé...entiendo que es un descuido solamente.
