The location is convenient, the room is clean, and there are enough facilities for cooking and doing laundry.
The staff always respond quickly. Even though the security alarm rang one night during my stay, they provided information quickly.
Trivial comments:
The outlets are inconveniently located slightly and additional kitchen roll is not provided for stays of a certain length.
If you plan to work or cook frequently, you should bring your own extension cable and kitchen roll.

Everything is in grate condition and all most new. The AC system in the livingroom works very well but no AC in the Bedroom. I even found 2 water bottels waiting for me.
I got a 7 page terms and conditions, I had a look and found I was not allowed to bring into the building any spicy food, so I changed my plan as I had some pepper sauce for a friend, I had to first deliver it and only then come back to the building. Also, apparently, on the morning of the check in when I was on the way to the airport the owner sent me a message (that I missed) telling me there was an emergency situation with the water in the building. When trying to take a shower I found no hot water. Turns out the city cuts the water every year or 2 in the summer to maintain the hot water pipes and this can last for 1 or 2 weeks. Bottom line, after carefully looking again at the 7 page T&C I found no limit of moving the hot water kettle into the shower and that is how I eventual had a warm shower at the end of a long day. On my second night I slept in the living room on the sofa as the AC was only installed in the Livingroom (once again I had a look at the 7 page T&C and did not find a ban on sleeping in the Livingroom.)
