Comfortable bed and the room was very cosy. Very good breakfast in a nice breakfast area. Friendly and helpful staff. Secure hotel parking in a gated area just up the street. Good air conditioning.

New building. Room was clean and noise-free. Great breakfast . 15 minutes walking to the city center, very close to Serdica metro station to the airport.
The only thing I’d say is that the towels have never been changed during our four nights stay. But for the rest the room was clean.

A decent option for a short stay. The hotel was clean and did what it needed to do for two nights. The location is convenient, with the city centre easily accessible and plenty of shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby.
The surrounding area and streets were not really my favourite. The room was also much smaller than expected, especially in terms of overall feel, and the bathroom was particularly tiny and cramped. The staff were trying to be helpful, although they could have been a little friendlier.

Everything was wonderfull.
The street is not very welcoming but it's very close to the main attractions and has good restaurants near by.
