Really great location and immaculate property. The staff were very attentive and helped us arrange taxis for an early morning flight. Bathroom was stunning and everything was very clean, very relaxing and a wonderful first trip to Sofia.
We came during a heat wave and a couple of times the AC wasn't quite working enough, but I guess that's to be expected with all rooms trying to stay cool.

We got upgraded rooms for no additional cost, and my sister was upgraded to the presidential suite for her birthday which was extra special and so so nice.

The location, breakfast is ok I guess, staff is friendly too.
Top floor rooms have a ridiculous view; you literally have to go outside to see anything as a wall blocks your view from inside the room. Airconditioning seems to be leading its own life; sometimes it works and sometimes it does not, so it gets very hot. Not clean as compared to other places we visited in Bulgaria. Too much electric crap, just have normal buttons to operate lights etc...
