It’s a good option

Close to the subway. Two stations far from downtown. You have the option to buy some wine and snacks to take to your room at night

Hotel vicino alla fermata del tram, bus e metro, letto comodo, ricambio frequente degli asciugamani

C’erano molte ragnatele, la colazione davvero essenziale, personale un po’ scorbutico (probabilmente una caratteristica degli abitanti) il kit di cortesia comprendeva unicamente delle pattine, non rifornivano i dispenser del sapone. Insomma poca attenzione nella cura del cliente

Buena ubicación, buenas instalaciones y excelente personal

Bien ubicado al lado de las estaciones centrales de tren y autobús, boca de metro casi en la puerta, a dos estaciones línea 2 del centro

Zona oscura y siniestra por la noche al no haber alumbrado público

Definitely worth staying here

Excellent location- about a 10min walk from the station and also a similar distance to the beach. Shops and restaurants very close by. Lovely big room with balcony. Bed very comfy. Excellent Wi-Fi. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on this.

Exceptional

Small hotel but everything was good. Rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious, location is near Central railway station and main bus station, approximately 5 minutes walk . Also in the front of the hotel are street bus and tram. Wi-fi network was good. My recommendation for this hotel.

Good value

Very good value hotel - comfy bed, good shower, nice breakfast. Would recommend if you're travelling from main train station or are up for a walk towards city centre. Very easy to find - it literally has "HOTEL" written in bold letters visible from the distance.

A bit far from the main attractions in Sofia - but extremely convenient price-wise!

The personal was very friendly. The room was clean and big enough for two people. I also liked the breakfast. They have 24h reception desk, very conveniente if you arrive late in the night. The taxi from the airport was 12 euros

Pleasant

The hotel is actually very good, the place is just neat the metro and tram stations. The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast is OK.

The housekeeper left the window open, and the window does not have a fly net. We did not realize they left open the window since it is covered with the curtain. When we returned the room and went to bed, we were beaten by mosquitoes. We spend all night chasing and killing the mosquitoes. So we could not sleep well. I did complain about those to the staff in the morning. That's why I rate 6

Very convenient good value for money hotel that is comfortable and friendly.

The location is great when arriving in Sofia by train. Easy access to the city centre and restaurants and cinema's there. Room is quiet and comfortable. Have visited several times and have no complaints.

Perfect hotel for me, who dont need luxus, but want quality. Nice staff needs thanks. Special thnaks to Angelian, who helped lot of quenstions about football or wine. And everything beetween those.

Overall good.

Water leaking out from the shower cubicle, the bathroom floor was soaked after each use. Breakfast was adequate but not as good as the normal standard of the other Best Western hotels.

Clean and great hotel The location was ok near a metro 2 stations to the vitosha street. Casino near 5 min walk in the Ramada hotel All was fine I recommend

Very convenient for the station. Staff helpful in providing map and information and packed breakfast

I had to leave early for a train at 7 before breakfast started. I wad given a packed breakfast - sandwich and apple and there was a free coffee machine. It would have been good to have been able to select or request a more substantial breakfast, the coffee machine only had nescafe sachets which were unacceptable.

Better packed breakfast and reasonable coffee provided to go with it
