The staff was very polite and helpful, genuinly open to provide whatever you need, I would say the strongest point of this hotel. Comfy beds, nice looking rooms, good for short stay.
Details that are being missed - room windows that can't be closed properly, toilet that is not as clean as it should be, water dripping from somewhere (not sure if it was the toilet or the shower, but the 2nd day a water appeard on the bathroom floor...), broken toilet lid... For a 4 star hotel, I expected not to have to be in these situations.

Property was clean, AC worked well. Not in best area for sightseeing, but very close to metro.
Breakfast was just average, could have had a bit more options.

The staff were great. The hotel was sufficient nothing amazing but offered everything you could need.
The room was not entirely clean to the standard I would have liked. But it offered a basic room.

I'll start with what was good. The staff at the reception went above and beyond. They provided exceptional service, very nice, they made us sandwiches at night before the flight because we paid including breakfast and missed it.
The bad thing was the cleanliness in the rooms which was beyond reproach. Carpets are not vacuumed, mold in the showers in several rooms that we checked is really disappointing because overall the facilities in the hotel are renovated, new, not an old hotel.
The breakfast was reasonable, definitely not lacking a bit, it would be nice if there were more variety, for example a little more vegetables for the salad, maybe lettuce and grated carrots and cabbage. I personally missed a fried egg, which is very common. Overall, it was a reasonable experience. Free parking at the hotel
