We visit Sofia every year and have tried a different hotel everytime, we no longer need to try others as this is our hotel now.
Very clean, modern, good sized rooms, very friendly and helpful staff.
7 restaurants, casino, entertainment, wellness Centre, everything you need, our only negative is that we should of booked more nights.
There seriously was nothing we didn't like.

Large spacious room, aesthetically beautiful. Gym was well equipped
Breakfast was cold everyday
Aircon wasn’t strong enough in the room
Bath was good however didn’t have the view advertised
Shower leaked but was nice and powerful/roomy
One of the workers on the gym reception was super miserable and obnoxious winding people up especially my partner about a pen!

Top notch. My favourite hotel in Sofia. And maybe worldwide as a city hotel? Fantastic experience. The big rooms are especially nice.
One room had a bathroom with water dripping from the above room. The ceiling had marks of previous water infiltration. Needs attention.
