A very good hotel. The staff assistance was excellent and assisted us on everything we needed. In particular, Daisy was very responsive in respect to getting a quiet room in a high floor. We stayed in room 504 which is very comfortable, with a lot of space, all the standard facilities and very quiet. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The hotel location is fairly good, not far from a metro station and walking distance from Vitosha boulevard. To other main attractions you may need to travel (taxis are cheap in Sofia). Very recommended.

Comfortable spacious room and bed. Lovely Mountain View from the balcony. Staff was very helpful and professional!
Some of the electrics weren’t working and require a little attention. The towel rail in the bathroom remained cold and hence was dripping with condensation. The balcony door did not have a handle on the outside which made it hard to shut and keep cigarette smoke from escaping into the room

We got a very big and clean room with a nice balcony. The bed was comfortable and there was zero street noise. The location is excellent, on a quiet side street just a 15-minute walk from Vitoshka Boulevard. Front desk staff was efficient and check-in was fast. Breakfast was okay and had everything you need it just repeated itself every morning.
The kitchenette had basic dishes for two people, including a small pot and pan, but there was no salt, pepper, dish soap, or sponge. Also, they didn't change our towels even once during the entire stay.

The rooms are spacy and clean but old. It has small kitchen, laundry, oven, so it was adequately equipped.
Quiet neighborhood.
The AC was not functioning properly in our room. Full cold, full power, could barely keep the temp at a desired cooling level.
The breakfast was less than poor, very basic stuff. Expected something more from a boutigue hotel.
The location even though central you need 15+ fast pace walk to reach at the nearest metro. Tram is very near though.
The sofa-bed was very uncomfortable.
All these wouldnt be a factor if price was low. But for the 460euros /2day stay i expected way more amenities.
