A quiet and cozy location at the top of Sofia

Very decent size room. Had all the little details that are important like slippers, robes, toiletries etc. The staff was friendly and explained everything in detail. Plenty breakfast choices. Quiey area. Amazing view from the last floor.

The bed matress was a bit too soft but that probably depends on preferences.

Perfect stay in Boyana

We loved everything about this property - location, staff, room, on site restaurant, vicinity to Vitosha hikes and cafes in downtown. Breakfast was included in our rate, it was a variety of choices, we tried most of them and they were pretty good. Room service was excellent. This hotel is very close to Sofia, but away from hustle and noice.

The only thing I did not like was the use of strong deodorant on carpets but after we mentioned it, they stopped using it on our floor. Thank you!

Perfect as a base for a week, exceeded expectations!

The staff were outstanding, always attentive and friendly and always had time for a chat. The food too was good, all seemed home made & done really well. pleasant setting at the foot of Vitosha but within easy reach of Sofia centre.

Nothing really - room was clean, spacious and very good bathroom, comfortable beds & a good base for a week.

Very easy and relaxing one night stay in a very nice location with Mountain View’s.

Easy to get to from the airport. Have stayed here before. Staff are very accommodating and friendly and the quality of food in the restaurant is very good.

The rooms vere very clean, new, bathrooms were great, the material used in bathrooms shampoo etc. good qualty, clean and new towels, Good hotel

The rooms they we stayed were small, but if you pay more, there are also bigger rooms.

Clearness, room and the furniture was good, staff was also kind and helpful

Breakfast: I was expecting to have a breakfast buffet, but that was actually a menu, that is not good that you can’t eat exactly what you what like in a home. Also the cook was late so I was late to my trip :(

Very good

The hotel is snuggled in a gorgeous setting. Rooms are incredibly comfortable and the food served was good.

The gentleman at FOH didn't make us feel very welcome. He was not personable or warm. In fact we were also charged for a movie that we told him did not work due to a signal issue and he refused to take it off the bill. Even my kids said "that guy doesn't like us very much!" .

Pleasant

Excellent 5-star service throughout, particularly the staff was exceptional. Food quality and presentation was exquisite, the hotel is situation is a quiet and picturesque setting!

Just a constructive criticism that the guests should be notified at the check in point that there isn't a buffet breakfast and that you have to order the food from a menu instead. Therefore, you have to allow some extra time for this and if you have a tight schedule. The food quality, presentation and service were excellent.

Very pleasant, safe and secure.

Friendliness of all staff especially Petya. Reception staff were most helpful and kind. Location of hotel excellent for walking and for taking local transport. Our experience of Sofia surpassed our expectations.

Exceptional

Everything was great. The staff was nice. The room is excellent, super premium feeling but at a decent price. The breakfast was also nice. They offer free (included) parking and the place is great if you want a break from the city center, with a forest-y vibe and fresh air.

Comfortable hotel in quiet, green area

Comfortable and quiet hotel. Located in a green, high-end residential neighbourhood at the foot of the hills. Very close to the famous and beautiful Boyana church. Friendly staff and nice, clean rooms.
