The room was quite spacious, within a good location and close proximity to the train and bus stations. There is a stocked up bar in the room with a set chargeable items. The balcony offered a nice view as well.
The reception couldn’t care less about the guests. We had to wait for her to come back from the store and she rolled in like nothing was wrong. She then proceeded to give me an ugly twin room when I booked a double. I complained and this got sorted straight away. Shower pressure isn’t the best and the bed is a bit too soft.

Good surprise! I received facilitates with I didn't become in other hotels . I'm professional in hotels and I know how have to be. Everything was the best for this price I ever received!

The sheets and pillow were exceptionally soft and comfortable. Convenient for Sofia central bus and train station (8 minute walk). Staff swiftly accepted my request for a late check in 11pm, due to flight delay.
The hallway and room were very warm. There was no milk for tea in the room.
